When does it start? No bonus items are showing up in the cart at the moment (containing a Death Star, you'd think that would cover the minimum spend). The toy soldier expired yesterday or today. -
What do I think about regarding snow? Something from a movie most likely, I haven't seen snow for 20 odd years - and definitely not near this time of year. Since I don't have a lot of white available at the moment, this is as good as it gets: But thanks for a raffle again!

But take a look at the other minifigs in the Y-wing set, the dark blue looks very not-so-blue compared to what it should
-
That is usual for this time of year. The big sets come out mid-year.

It does look odd, but I don't think we've had prints on the inside of a leg before, and certainly not the back. I'm honestly surprised that the outside was printed. I think what they should've done was have the dual mould be blue and red, and have a white stripe printed on the front.- 527 replies

Keep in mind that different people design the sets & builds from those that design minifigs & prints. -
Last year there were problems with parts in the first TFA sets, (I still haven't opened mine! Nowhere to put them...) I was just wondering if people had encountered anything similar this year with the Rogue One sets?
-
Legs look like these, and there are a few others that are similar. Torso is Harry Potter. The face you can hunt for yourself!
-
That particular blue on Thrawn makes him look a bit like a smurf

Well, there are those that didn't appreciate the "frowny face" of the Rebels stormtrooper, and won't use them in their OT setup. Just like the PT v CW style difference. I got 3 or 4 packs for a Rebels collection.
-
Liking most of those sets. The imperial trooper set is a multi-buy with no regrets, I like that. We've complained about the lack of cheap stormtroopers for years, well, here's the final answer. I feel the same That's Mumb Bai feature Haha. I only got one of that set, for pretty much that reason.

It would be if the set wasn't $200. The best minifigs were in the rarest most expensive sets -
Not me, but I am getting REALLY annoyed by 50 posts a day of "I wonder when we'll get pics of new sets" etc If there's nothing to post about don't post!

Most memorable scene would be the dance in Series VIII. They made a few appearances in Series II & III and then from VIII onwards, while the crew were on Red Dwarf rather than Starbug. -

Blue Midget is great but should be Starbug instead, and the scutter is too big. Duane Dibbley (with Thermos!) and Ace Rimmer (with smoked kipper!) are great inclusions. Ace & Arnold should be fleshies. I supported this very early but don't think it will be approved, the fanbase isn't as big as other licenced properties that have been produced. This submission got to the time extensions very quickly, but slowed down quite a bit after that. My sister is a big fan, and the family often quotes the show so if it's approved I'd get one for her too. But I don't expect it. -

Have you checked out any reviews? What else do you have already? If you want something to augment your Hoth display/collection you get another turret, some barricade/trench, a snowtrooper & Hoth rebel - plus Han Solo if you don't already have 70 of him. I am yet to open mine, but I've heard that the turret is a different size from the ones in the Assault On Wallet set. That may or may not mean anything to you. The generic minifigs are repeats from other sets. Usually Hoth sets are bigger and therefore more expensive, so it's a good option if you want to augment your Hoth without too many redundant repeat minifigs or structures. (How many Wampas could you want?) Apart from Han and the probe droid, you could be satisfied with multiples of the set. -
Yoda's green TIE (that's what I'm calling it) doesn't look as good as I expected, but that's due to the non-spherical cockpit, which is probably as close as they could get.
-
Ha. All I could think of was "Beeeeeeennnnnnn..." and "I thought they smelled bad on the outside!"
-
Agreed. Is the male human torso shape the default standard? Are females some kind of mutant? Is that what having male minifigs with a trapezoid torso yet females with slim waist printing is saying to us? I'm sure it isn't intentional though.

It is the year 2005...

The Revenant. Not one for girls! It was pretty gross at times. We don't learn American history, so it took a bit to figure out what was going on regarding who the groups were, what they were trying to do and so on. Also, "don't you guys eat any vegetables?" Didn't know there was an American version. But of course there would be... I sprayed the computer screen when I saw that comment. "Roger Ebert gave it 4 bleeps"

Love the mock mocs, especially the dalek. Yellow TIE is great, I really hope TLG makes an official one.

Toyworld catalogue started yesterday, First Order General polybag is free with $50+ SW sets (best deal is Krennic's Shuttle @20% off). Was wondering whether we'd get it, so there's the answer to that one. Maybe call ahead before visiting your local shop, I went in but they didn't have any yet. All they had was a Nexo Knights polybag... I also noticed that the upcoming modular Assembly Square will be $400
