Sariel and others had a discussion about that....was said to put the yellow ones on the back and greay on the front....flip what the instructions says.

the spring....the yellow is a harder spring then the gray ones. different springs hvae different strengths. i think someone had a diagram of all the various suspension arms here once.......

impressive MOC....yet wildly unrealisitic for anyone other then the most hardcore. the part count, the massive cost, the time, the specalised parts used.....this is a singular creation made out of love and dedication. it cannot and would not be made for anyone else outside of less then a dozen guys with money to burn.......

has anyone built the B model yet?....it looks just as impressive as the A and it uses most of the parts. it seems very well designed and polished. it does not look like a typical B model on that they had plenty of parts to make a fully realised and finished product. my only complaint is that the cabin section is idential in looks and build design to the A model.

+1 on this...yup, i have fallen victim to this problem myself, not only that....but old/second hand instructions fade over time and its almost impossible to tell DBG from black due to degradtion of the paper. another +1....LCD monitors dont seem to show DBG vs. Black very well...for some reason.......

Just bought a couple of these as they were brand new and cheap , having a heck of a time finding the metal hooks used on 8285/8258 at a reasonable price....so i decided to buy these as an alternative....hoping they look nice and work out......

the bare axles or places you think bushes should have been added is very common, pretty much every set has a spot where you could add extra bushes here and there, that is what our spare parts are for....

last night i had one of the most bizarre building experinces of my Technic career. I was buidling the B model of 8067 and for some reason i could not get my head around it, it felt like the most convoluted and complex build ever. maybe i was tired but 292 parts took me over 3 hours to build!.....wtf???!! have you had a similiar experience?, was there a set that made you pull your hair our or give up? image 1 image 2
