  1. Nice piece usage with the hatchet for a rudder. I am going to steal that idea. I added the PTV 2015 Small Tag to this topic.
  2. I added the PTV 2015 Digital Tag.
  3. Merged these two with this topic, and updated the Long Standing Topic Index with the name of this topic. What's in a name... was too vague.
  4. No, you don't. As long as it has one of the correct tags. PTV 2015 Large PTV 2015 Small PTV 2015 Digital If you don't have the correct tag and you aren't able to fix it, then post it here and ask to have the tag fixed.
  5. Two weeks left for Pillage the Village! There are a lot of great entries that have been posted. Check them out below in the Pirate MOCs Forum. 6. I've updated your title. I believe you need to be ranked at least a Knight to change your own topic titles.
  7. Thanks for noticing. I fixed the tag -- and the title.
  8. I moved this entry into the Pirate MOC Forum. Great work. I love a lot of the little details you added such as the hermit crab and the two roofing techniques.
  9. Great work. The crew looks awesome. Are the weapons Brickarms or Brick Forge?
  10. No problem. As long as you have the correct tag, you're topic can be named whatever you'd like.
  11. It may all fit if the title were changed to PTV: The Treasure Map - Trapdoor - Gold Tooth - Recycling- Trap. Would you like it changed?
  12. Rule 16 has been updated. Sorry, no collage pictures. Choose your six pictures carefully. Originally, there was no rationale, but now there is. The date cannot be moved back for reasons I cannot disclose... yet. Ten weeks should be long enough for you to build and make any necessary Bricklink Orders. I've made and received two since the competition started. You're welcome. Your topic wasn't deleted. It has been sent to Davy Jone's Locker. If you need it back, I'll just need payment.
  13. It seems pretty common that IE does not work flawlessly for EB. My IE is working fine. What update of IE 11 do you have? Mine is 11.0.23 Tools -> About Internet Explorer; the update version is shown. You may be having trouble because your IE isn't have the latest update. For Windows 7, IE is updated through Windows Update seen in the Small Icon View of your Control Panel. Otherwise I am not sure what the issue is.
  14. I'm not having the problem on Android Browser, Chrome for Windows or Internet Explorer 11. What web browser are you using?
  15. I've added the PTV 2015 Small tag to this topic.
  16. I will attempt to provide a semi-complete list. Mr. Phes has been Governor/ Pirate Admin/ Classic Pirates Ambassador since the beginning of the Pirate Forum in 2005. Bonaparte was heavily involved in the Pirate Forum for a long time and still provides regular support. I believe Bonaparte also has been a Classic Pirate Ambassador. Virtually all of the Admin Staff have regularly supported the Pirate Forum. We have not tracked who has been staff and when. Many EB members have moved from a Shipyard rank to Regulator to Moderator, and left. We all have had real life circumstances that change our availability to staffing Eurobricks. Captain Braunsfeld, Kolonialbeamter, and I have served the Pirate Forum since earlier this year. I was Regulator/Moderator, 2007 to 2009. Capt. Stabbin has been on staff since 2013. Darkdragon has had Shipyard Master as a secondary rank since 2013. Loui le Brickvalier served as Shipyard Master, 2014 to 2015. Big Cam was Moderator, 2010 to 2014. Admiral Croissant was Moderator, 2011 to 2015. Zorro who worked diligently for the Pirate forum and served 2009 until he passed away in 2011. These others have served, but I am not certain when they served or for sure what their final rank was. Captain Green Hair (Currently known as Commander Red Hat) Suprkalle Erdbeereis Captain Blackmoor Captain Zuloo SlyOwl Mr. Tiber (‘Currently’ known as El Bucanero) Sting Evil Willy Scouty
  17. As others have said, this theme reminds of the Space Marines in WarHammer 40K.
  18. I added the correct tag for this fine entry. It was PTV2015Small without spaces, and it should be PTV 2015 Small with spaces.
  19. Where did you get your torso? I would like to know too.
  20. Yes, I am. I used for the 45 degree angles, so the build is able to stay solid. I hope your final entry pics will be clearer. Sorry, I do not. I have been using the Land-Based MOC Index and Guilds of Historica buildings for methods of building designs. Here are some examples from our Land-Based MOC Index:
  21. The staff and I are discussing this and will respond in this topic when a decision is reached.
  22. Yes, it's happening. Probably not fast enough if you have ADD like me. So much has already been done and a lot of people have done a great job of investing time and energy into this. We're at the point now where being done and launching this thing is better than being perfect. You are correct on the guess of the later. The religion will be based upon a fantasy "equivalent". One suggestion I had was to use the same -- or very similar -- religion as in Battlestar Galactica: Reimagined Series. Nothing has been decided though.
  23. Thank you Captain Dee. I couldn't have said it better myself. The grand prize winner of the for the large category of the first Pillage the Village Contest was on a 48x48. Just you know, this rule serves multiple purposes. One purpose for this rule is to cut down the number of entries per category in case there are more than 15ish entries. Another reason for this rule is for deciding tie breaker votes quickly.
  24. Ok good.
