  1. I suggest you to wait a bit and try again. Maybe there is some malfunction in LDD servers. About data... my suggestion is to never have a single copy of your data. But I think you learned that, now!
  2. LDD allows to save little buildings as templates. Does the integrated function is not good for your purposes? Otherwise you can save all your templates in a folder on your computer and import these models when you need them.
  3. Hi LegoPegasister2015, welcome in the LDD Official Sets topic and thanks for your contribution. You entry is quite good, but it need some fixes (clickable links for the lxf files and few other things, I will fix that for you) but the main problem are the images. According to the topic's rules, the images have to be cropped (remove ALL the borders around the subject, 0-pixel margins) and resized (the maximum size allowed is 512x pixels for very large sets such as castles or modular buildings). Please fix the images, in the meantime I'll change them in text links. EDIT: Good work fixing the images now. The first post is now regular. The image for the 60130 Prison Island is a bit oversized instead. I'll add the entry as regular, but please fix it as soon as possible.
  4. Ok, some premises: LDRAW is not a CAD software, but a brick library system. There are many software that uses LDRAW library, for example MLCAD, LDCAD, SR3D, Bricksmith, etc... LDCad and SR3D support snapping. You don't need LDRAW to create building instructions, you can built instructions from LDD files, for example using BluePrint software. If the model you are buiding is an official model, maybe you can find an LDD or LDRAW file in the proper "Official Sets" topic. Sooo... what's your situation, exactly?
  5. @Holodoc If you will post it in the LDD Official Sets topic, don't forget to link a reference to the official instructions.
  6. Index updated with informations reported until here.
  7. Hi Holodoc, regular entries are indexed in the first page of this topic. I'll update the index today, in the post above. Unfortunately the model 11910 is not available yet, but if you have no hurry, you can request it in the "Official Lego sets - Book, WIP, Requests" topic. Maybe it has not built because it is not easy to find the official building instructions.
  8. Index updated. 83 Sets has been added to the index (28 alternative, 1 duplicate, 0 incomplete). Check your sets and report errors or inaccuracies in the index, if any! 1 Sets has not been added to the index because Irregular. Fix your sets in order to be added to the index! Check the irregular sets listed below to see if any of your previous entries need to be fixed. 3 new Themes added Topic's Rules Update. No updates this time, but don't forget to take a look at the summary to avoid to forget them. 9. He meant a link to the LXF file you want to use as a basis for your modified model.
  10. Damn... yes! I wanted to write BluePrint. Sorry for the lapsus.
  11. If you have enough time to dedicate to the creation of building instructions, you could use BlueRender BluePrint for this. The process is not automatic, but the result is good.
  12. @Gnac I'm not sure I've understood... "all the builds with the supplemental instruction pages" are models not included in the main model? In this case, if you can built that simultaneously, you can post them as a single alternate model (including the same spinner of the main model, if possible).
  13. Ok, if I've understood well, all these builds have thei building instructions. So, if all the builds can be built simultaneously and all toghether compose a scene, thene they are a single model. Otherwise you can treat them as single alternate models, but frankly in this case I'd like to see a preview before posting that.
  14. Hi feww and welcome in the LDD Official Sets topic. Your post is very good as a first post, but the image is irregular. As described in the rules of this thread, the image have to be perfectly cropped (the border around the subject have to be completely cut out) and the maximum size allowed is 512x pixeld for large sets such as castles or modular buildings (in your case a 400x/448x pixels size should be adequate). Please fix your post so that I can add it to the index. EDIT: much better now, but the "crop" is not perfect. In the meantime I'll add the entry to the index as regular, but please fix it as soon as possible. PS: take a look at this guide, it could be useful.
  15. @huasiego The image is not visible, maybe it is hotlink protected. Try using an image hosting service or a cloud service that allows hotlinking. For LEGO things, I suggest to use brickshelf or bricksafe. Anyway the request of the user already receive an answer that solved the problem.
  16. The software is open source, so maybe someone could decide to maintain it, at least to manage bricks' update.
  17. Maybe you unzipped the file in the uncorrect way? The bfdb.sdf file has been extracted in: "c:\users\<your name>\appdata\roaming\brickficiency" or in: "c:\users\<your name>\appdata\roaming\brickficiency\bfdb" ?
  18. Bricklink uses different codes for colours and, sometimes, bricks. You need a conversione table. Take a look at the LDD Reference Topic (you can find the link in the Section Index) where you can find discussions and references to colour conversion tables.
  19. Do you mean "mosaic" software? Take a look at the pinned topic "Section Index".
  20. If LDD will be an official tool for LEGO World, I think that it will need: - An update that will allow to run LDD flawlessly on modern operating systems. - A "LEGO World" mode that allows to use only bricks and colours compatible with LEGO World. General improvements and an up to date brick palette would be welcome, but not necessary. An importer/exporter is not really necessary too, it could be integrated in LEGO World (and accept LXF files) or even in a web application. Anyway a more integrated solution would be easier to use, so it could be a better choice depending on the target of the videogame.
  21. Index updated with informations reported until here.

  23. Any change is important to update the models' archive. Only updates in LDD version are important to update the index. So it is important to report all updates but to clearly distinguish the "category".
  24. In the original script you could choose not only to create a list in the new tab, but to append a list to an existing one or replace the whole content. In my script, I removed this choice (only the option to create the list remains, for me was good enough). The original script used "write" and "writeln" methods, that has become deprecated in Firefox for security reasons. So I replaced the code but the new one didn't allow to do the same operations easily, so I removed the related functionalities.
  25. I'm glad that someone appreciate the Firegesture version! I use that addon heavily, and it is very comfortable for me. About the fixed greasemonkey script, when I made the first modifies I hadn't much time to dedicate to it, so I cut away some functionalities. Maybe your version saved these parts of the script?
