  1. I'm sorry guys. My life has become so full. I just joined the creative/photography/video team for my Church, and that has me really busy, plus I'm getting a job soon. I love this community and have loved being a part of it. But I don't think I have the commitment for Eurobricks. Thus I won't be staying here. You guys are all great, and I'll miss you. I'll still be around Flickr, and you may see me post a build or something on there occasionally, but I just don't have the time or commitment for a huge community like this. I'm not saying it's a bad community, just that I can't handle it along with all my other hobbies and responsibilities. Have it good guys, and God Bless you.
  2. Somewhere among the shores of Avalonia... A rider sent from General Aeldric of Vanhorn races the soldiers of The Spire to send word to Albion and the surrounding reaches word of the True King's return, the True Heir to Cedrica! The Orcs of the coastal regions have always bore crude weapons and armor. Not nearly on level of that of Soldiers directly from The Spire. The rider must be diligent, swift, and unrelenting on his horse, for the forces of Ravaage do not falter. (Welp, this is my Category A (Riders of Historica) Entry! It's Alliance side. CC Welcome!)

    Hey Guys, Sorry.

I have come to notice that I have been inactive for several months. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if some of you forgot me. This is completely and subjectively, all on me. I've been lazy with LEGO lately. But not without reason (whether it's a good one is up to you). I recently was messing around, trying to get OneDrive off of my computer. I was successful (don't ask how I did, though; it was a long and stressful process that I never want to think of again), but without really thinking, I somehow managed to delete my LEGO photo folder, and the next day cleared out my recycle bin before I found this out. That was just reason 1. That left me kind of depressed, not wanting to continue. Another reason, that's a bit more selfish than the one before, is that I've been consumed with other creative works, such as Writing, Worldbuilding, and occasionally drawing. I've almost completely neglected LEGO since. What makes it even more selfish than the one before, is that my responsibilities, school, church, chores, etc, don't even take up that much time. I spend all my freetime with other things, not even thinking twice about LEGO, and this community. Seeing as I've been around for a year and a half now, I really want to return and get back in the groove. I guess you could call this my LEGO "dark age"; since I haven't had one before Seeing as GoH Book II is coming to an end, I don't think it's worth it to continue Aeldric's story. Sorry, everyone who was engrossed in that story (if anyone actually was ). Once Book III starts up is when I'll make a full return, with builds and all. Until then, have it good guys! ~Windusky P.S. This new formatting is really weird.
  4. (This is my re-introduction into SoNE! Hope you enjoy the build. I'd like it to be judged.) Windusky entered the meeting room, after taking a deep breath. He had just finished his training last week, and already he had a well known officer recruiting him for his regiment. Windusky: "Reporting for duty, sir." Officer Crux: "Stand at attention, rookie." "Yes sir!" "Your strategy skill is quite impressive. Your test statistics show high scores." "I've been the best at holochess and battle-starship since i was a kid." "I see. Now, before i test your strategy skill for myself, i have your first mission. I need you to over see the mining operation on Kessel. Make sure the miners are doing their jobs right." "When should i head out?" "ASAP. Oh, and sergeant Thast here will be accompanying you." Sarg. Thast: "Your sending me with this rookie?" "Yes, to teach him the ropes. Now, you two get going. I want a report on the mining progress tomorrow." - "Yes sir!" Officer Rand: "You seem awfully sure of Windu's skills. Are you sure of him?" "I am. Weren't you paying attention during his strategy challenges?" "I was, until i fell asleep because he kept winning." "That's what i mean. He's good. He could even possibly take your place soon." "All i know is that you better have a good explanation to Lord Vader if Windu fails to fill his expectations." "Understood." To be Continued... Let me know what you think! CC is welcome, and i hope you enjoyed my re-introduction! I'll be working on the next freebuild soon! More pics of the build on my flickr page.
  5. "Alright, you see, fellow Eslandolans, we have spied on the condition of our men taken prisoner by L'Olious' henchmen. They are currently being held in a cell off the coast, and if the court goes badly, we may have to take drastic measures..." A couple of punks watching the shores: An overly courageous Eslandolan Knight being executed: A couple of Eslandolan soldiers and the Ship captain being held: Figless: And the inside of the cell: Alright! My Eslandola Vs. Mardier Court Case build is finally up! This is my last build before i take a long break from LEGOs, of which more will be posted in the Eslandola page.
  6. 1993, May 3rd. Now, my story begins. It was a simple day. I worked at an experimental florist greenhouse. We engineered chemically enhanced, and hybrid plants. We've contributed to several medicines and bio-technologies. I was taking a load of compost for the plants early in the morning, when i heard a ruckus around a corner. A man was holding a gun to my boss. "I swear to heck i don't have it!" he yelled. "Just give it to me, Drahn." "I told you, i don't have it!" then, the trigger pulled. The man then turned to me, as i stood there, stunned at what i had just seen. Before he could open his mouth, i said "What... did i just... see." he lowered his gun before he spoke. "You just saw a man who was about to leak a secret organization to the public die. And now you're involved." I still stood there, staring at the scene. "You've seen too much to just go freely, but you're not involved with the leak, so i can use you." he said, hand still gripping the gun. "I... what?" i said, nervously, with an obvious shaky tone in my voice. "You just saw a threat to my organization die, and you can't un-see it. Now you have to come with me, so you can't tell anyone of this." he looked at me with a straight face. "Why would i go with you? I have a normal life, and a job." he shook his head. "Not anymore. Your boss just died, and your life is no longer normal. So the best thing to do is come with me." I pondered what to do. I thought about taking him down, but he had the gun. I resolved to at least go with him to see what the big deal was. "A..alright. I'll come, but at least put your gun away." he nodded, and then we headed out of the greenhouse. Part Two - The Orginization We walked to the edge of town, into a forest. We came across a clearing, where a geological measurement setup was. "Two years ago, the Society of Geological Safety scouted this clearing, and they detected unusual readings under these grounds. They dug around the area, and found this manhole, which leads to our hidden base. We eliminated all of them, before they could post their finding on the paper." he walked down to a hatch with a turning handle. He slowly turned it, and it opened with ease. "Let's go in." he said, and i followed. After a single, sewer-like hallway, we went through a door, and on the other side, was a rich, polished hall, with several displays. "We're here. Now let me do the talking." We walked down the hall for ten minutes before we came up to some double-doors. Guards in black suits and fedoras blocked several doors. They all had guns in the backs of their pants. I felt nervous. Once we stepped up to the double-doors, one of the guards said "Halt! Dr. Rain, who is the outsider?" he asked. "This is a victim of the conspiracy. He saw me take out a leak ally, but he's not affiliated with them, so he'll have to work with us. Alright, i need to speak to the boss." he said. "You may pass." the guard said, stepping aside. Before we walked in, Dr. Rain turned to me. "What's your name?" he asked. I was hesitant, but eventually answered. "Lucas Green. For short, Luke." "Alright, Luke. We're about to speak to our boss, who told me to kill that man earlier. We're going to find out what work he has for you." Rain said. "Alright..." and i followed him in. (OOC) Alright! Chapter One is up! Up until a certain build, Luke's story is all in the past. When that chapter is posted, what happens in all future chapters will be determined by you guys! Until then, look forward to Chapter Two, which will be up either tomorrow or monday! ~Windusky
  7. Alright, I know what you're thinking. "He's probably just some criminal, running from the police. Well, it's not like that. That explosion, just killed my friend. And those police, think I blew him up. They don't know what I know. My girlfriend and I had gotten into some hairy situations, but nothing of this scale and importance. My name is Luke Green. I am, or was, a simple person, just going about their average daily tasks… But fate drew me into a disgusting mess of deep conspiracies, and malicious secret organizations. I hope that you'll follow my story, for it has a good moral at the end. (OOC) This is the introduction for TIC (The Illuminar Contingency), a story told by LEGO vignettes. Let me know if you're exited! And comments on the build are fine.
  8. Windar's family owned a large manor on the shore of Nova Terelli. The sound of waves crashing up against rocky cliffs was calming to Windar Baerbald. Only, today, stress was filling his mind. He'd joined the East Trade Wind Company a week ago, and was required to own a ship to send cargo. He knew a sea captain from several deep connections, and he asked the man to come up to his manor to discuss business. "Alright, why am i here, Windar?" Captain Elliot asked. "I've called you here to discuss purchasing one of your ships." Windar replied. "I have a whole fleet. What class are you looking for?" Windar looked down at one of his maps. "A class one ship. To get a start to my trading." he replied. "I can lend one to you for free, but if it get's destroyed, or if you lose it then you'll have to pay. And what about the crew?" Elliot said. "I've recruited an amount of men for my crew. And i already have a chosen first mate." Windar said. "Good. I'll have you sign this contract, and then i'll have my men move it to your docks." and they shook hands. Windar's wife leaned over to him to whisper something in his ear. "Where did you get a crew?" Jasmine asked. "A bunch of students my father taught volunteered. They're good, strong men." Windar whispered back. Meanwhile, in Windar's storage room, first mate Turner Brown and Harvich the bodyguard conversate in secret, and trade a letter. What could it be? Extra pictures: OoC: Alright! This is my first build for BoBS. I hoped you liked it. And yes, i agree that the floor is simple, and needs tiles. Next time i bricklink or stop by a LEGO store, i'm going to stock up on some tiles. CoC welcome!
