    [MOC] Modular Tailor

Hey everyone, I would like to present my newest modular building: A modular tailor. The building features a tailor on the lowest level with a variety of clothes, fabrics and hats. There is also a fitting room. The middle level contains a studio where the precious clothes are being handmade or by the help of sewing machines. The upper level is where the owners live. This time I wanted to also create an interesting backside of the building even though it is mostly hidden the way I display my modulars... Statistics Parts: 4742 (mainly because of the many tiles and the 460 1x2 medium dark flesh bricks) Build time: around 45h within LDD and 8h with real bricks Bricklink orders: 19 Below you can find a selection of images. All of them can be viewed here: http://www.kawano.de...lor/tailor.html Again a building instruction is available for purchase for those who would like to build it themselves!

    [MOC] Amsterdam Canal Houses

Hi everyone, it took me a while, but here it is: the third and final part of my Amsterdam project. There are now two more canal houses and two canal boats next to the already existing Book Store and Cheese Shop. The narrow dark red and white building contains a music store on four floors that sells records and a great selection of modern and classic musical instruments. The corner building provides space for three different businesses: a flower shop on the ground floor, a therapist on the first floor and a tailor shop on the two remaining floors. The two houseboats are also inhabited and fully furnished. [ For more photos and detailed views of the interior please take a look at the flickr album. I hope you like it.

    MOC Bookshop and Tailors

Hello The Lego Modular Pet Shop (10218) is one of my favourite sets of all time, and so i built this MOC as something of a love-letter to that set. The bookshop is inspired by the buildings which line Collins St in Melbourne, AUS, and the Tailors is inspired by the Huntsman/ Kingsman Tailors in London. I really hope this MOC captures the essence of the Pet Shop, while standing on its own. Enjoy! Katoren Market

A free build for Guilds of Historica. This is my second module for a large collab build with LittleJohn. The tailor and potter's were interesting challenges, being much different than my normal style of buildings. It was fun experimenting with some brighter colors as well. The potter's wheel actually works, and can be seen in action here: link Katoren's marketplace offers a large variety of goods, and is generally quite crowded. More pictures, here: link All C&C welcome, and we've still got more of Katoren coming
