  1. This was Classic Space forces secret weapon against any potential uprisings of any alien, robot, or human race in the Galactic Space Congress. I say WAS because it's listening post was never used due to a planted Blacktron bomb sending the station and it's final adjustments crew hurtling through hyperspace toward a black-hole in early 1988 during the early hours of the attempted Blacktron coup. The station was never recovered and almost all of the crew was presumed killed by the black hole except for Benny, who fell off the station before it reached full light speed. (He survived a day floating out of conciseness in orbit off Jupiter II before being found by retreating Congressional forces. Benny still wears the broken helmet and smudged suit from that day as a reminder of the eternal sacrifice of his fellow two crew members that were lost.) The satellite featured both a dual fusion reactor system and solar panels in eight moving segments as a backup in case of emergency. This was to keep the communication / trajectory equipment's backup batteries charged for several hundred-thousand years.... you never know how long this station would have been needed! The smaller ship that is shown docked with the station is for the engineering / maintenance crews to keep an eye on the satellite's systems until final boot-up was preformed. Their were two such linkup stations on the station, opposite each other on the middle ring segment of the central core. The rear of the ship. I was inspired to create the engine pods on the space station after seeing a older post by Flickr user Karf Oohlu as seen here. The access hatch to the inside of the station is visible at the extreme rear near the two engines. The engineering vessel is supposed to seat two astronauts, and on the day of the attack, the second ship was being remotely piloted by Benny to a supply ship for more parts to complete the vessel prior to full boot-up. (That's why in the main picture, it's not shown. It's just out of frame, just two minutes before the Blacktron attack happened.) The ships seats two astronaut figures to maintain the station. This vessel was inspired by the look of upcoming set 70821 (Emmett and Benny's Build & Fix Workshop), which I was able to reverse engineer / guess / improve upon for most of the Classic Space ship model. As you may have guessed, all five of the 4 x 2 slopes except for the two right / left flanking ones on this smaller ship should be printed with this print. I plan on using the white, yellow, and pink astronauts for the lost classic space crew of Classic Space station Upsilon. Benny was also part of this 1988-vintage crew, but managed to loosen himself from the Blacktron-sabotaged space station before it reached the black hole whereupon it vanished, presumed destroyed, with it's crew (minus Benny, who was badly damaged but ok) dead. Thirty-one years later in 2019, the station is found floating in the a very far-off quadrant, completely iced over. The crew are flash-frozen in mid-step of whatever they were seemingly doing in 1988, and the main computer is barely running on emergency battery power. The crew are gradually thawed out, and the clock on the computer is checked: over 200,000 years have gone by in from strange time-vortex which deposited the ship in the very distant past. The fusion reactors are restarted, and the computer begins to fully wake up. The computer explains the ice and flash-freezing is from the trip to the past, but Benny mentally notes his friends were actually active at the point when they left the black hole, according to the ship's security cameras. Benny then turns to face the computer mainframe to ask it a question, only to see it entering it's user interface "eye" shift from trans-yellow to trans-red as Benny's own eyes widen... NOTES: I would have put this SHIP (which stands for "Serious Huge Investment in Parts", in case you didn't know!) in with my other Classic Space stuff, but I think it's best to keep mini-figure scale and micro-scale things separate. Anyway, this is my first SHIP and should be built in real life by next SHIPtember (2019) for sure. EDIT: main post edited and pictures revised 12/9/18. Comments, questions, suggestions, complaints and such are always welcome.

    Hope you like it!!!
  3. At the 00:00 UTC was made an unprecedented sabotage. Eighty mini submarines simultaneously around the world cut transoceanic fiber-optic lines, at the same time ballistic missiles shoot down satellites. The Internet was destroyed. Internet Era came to an end . Millions of people in cities around the world left without the usual activities came out to the streets ... but instead of irritation, people suddenly displayed a general rejoicing. It turned out that the [/quote] is much better social networks, online games have given way to sports, and books and movies more interesting to read in the library and look at the movie theaters. Mankind has realized that the Internet is essentially slow down the process of its development, and it was decided not to rebuild the network. 4. Hi! It's my entry for the 200 contest! This is a ship with a yellow submarine. Hope you like it! Part count is exactly 200! The creation has four functions, two of them are controlled by hand, and two are controlled by the two black gears at the rear (but by hand ): - telescopic crane - posable robotic arms on the submarine - high or low position of the crane - control the reel inside the ship to put the submarine into the water Thanks for watching!
  5. So I have gotten many requests on how I built the Helm's Deep expansion based on EuroLock's original. Luckily I took pictures of it while i was building it, I had no idea these would be so sought after. If you are looking to build this expansion you can check out my Flickr set of WIP pictures. Every Module is covered for the most part, the front gates didn't get very much detail in the pictures, I only raised them up 2 bricks... I hope that this is a useful guide for people looking to build this (and not take a month of staring at pictures of the original finished product like I did) and if people are wondering what I bought in terms of bricklink, I can include what I ordered, but I cant tell you what I bought in the PAB except for lots of DGB bricks. I really appreciate the support, and I wish luck to the people who take on this task. -Bytor http://www.flickr.com/photos/edgelessabyss/sets/72157633088064852/
