  2. Do the quivers fit diagonal onto the harpy armor? Oh, and when do you restock the bird wings in white?
  3. It would be really great if the field cap and the M35 would be available in light or dark bluish gray. Also, an M38 helmet would be really great.
  4. The build is great, but your story is a bit strange - no mercy and "were taken as prisoners" makes no sense.
  5. this is great, so many details
  6. The fence technique is great
  7. Here is my version of Farmer Maggots torso: The original image: http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Farmer_Maggot If someone gets me some high-res game screenshots of other characters, i can try to do some more decals - i am especially interested in Éowyn, the Rohan Guard and Gamling
  8. This is amazing, could you make a "rockwork" tutorial for your fellow eurobrickers? (Or point me to one, if there is one already)
  9. This looks absolutely great. I wish i had that many parts to build something this awesome. I think the twisted tree is built with flexi-tubes (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=P&catString=530)
  10. That deer is great, as the rest of this build.
  11. Wow, they look absolutely stunning
  12. I just noticed that the MEA is sold for $29.99 in the US, and €39,99 in Europe - does anybody know why there is such a huge difference in pricing? Note: $29,99 is about €22, and €39,99 is ~$54. Edit: ok, the whole DOS line is cheaper in the US. DGA: 20$ vs. 27€ DGB: 70$ vs. 80€ LTC: 50$ vs. 60€ MEA: 30$ vs. 40€ Why do US customers pay 170$, whereas Europeans pay 283$?
  13. Sure, but how many men form a regiment? IRL, 8-12 men form a group, 3-6 groups a platoon, 2-4 platoons a company, 3-6 companys a batallion, 2-3 batallions a regiment - so a IRL regiment has about 1000-3000 soldiers.
  14. Wow, this looks really good for your first MOC.
  15. Yeah, a female armored torso at a reasonable price would be great.
  16. Thanks for the link to your flicker, i really like your parts combinations. A shame that the Rohirrim torsos are that expensive in Europe. You could really improve your Drow by using waterslide decals with faces, although the black background is a bit of a problem - you have to find a vendor that can print white on transparent background. If you don't mind modifying/destroying Lego, you could also recolor the ears of your Rustling Leaves to yellow, using this guide: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=80574&st=0. Both ideas are very time consuming and sometimes frustrating - i nearly destroyed 2 of my elven hairpieces, and i got several decals wrong.
  17. They look really good. Do you have some high-res photos or a parts list for them?
  18. I use dark bluish grey skinned drow as my faction, and therefore have to rely on decals a lot. I made the body and shield decals myself, but the faces are not my design. May i participate with my drow, or is this against the rules?
  19. An orthanc-like "Siege of Minas Tirith" set would be great.
  20. Welcome back, dG. Maybe you could remodel your "leaving historica" MOC to a "going on vacation" one.
  21. Wow, this castle looks really great
  22. This looks great!
