  1. Here's my entry! Cybertree - A cybernetic enhanced Christmas tree who flies through the galaxy spreading Christmas cheer to alien planets. Thanks for running this raffle again and good luck everybody.http://Cybertree (2) by William Mills, on Flickr
  2. These sets sound great. The Ach To and Crait sets especially. Sounds like we might get a couple of vehicles in the Crait set, maybe like the A Wing VS. Vader's TIE set, but perhaps with one smaller and one larger vehicle this time. I've not seen the second trailer (or any TV spots) for TLJ since I want the film to be a surprise, so I have no idea what this "Storm Walker" looks like. The First Order seem to really like their walkers, don't they?
  3. LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

I hope so. Last year Brickset were able to post very detailed descriptions of the sets that they were allowed to see, but if I recall correctly LEGO's UK PR team (or whoever handles their appearance at the toy fair) asked them to remove the details shortly after, most likely because they were too in depth. I also seem to remember Huw said the Brickset team wouldn't be attending toy fairs after this, and I'd say that was fair enough - why invite journalists to cover your booth and then penalise them for doing their job? Either way, New York Toy Fair is probably a better bet. Photography is usually allowed there, too, whereas in London it's usually prohibited.
  4. EB Xmas Raffle 2016 - Your ideal Snow entry thread

Thanks to everyone involved for yet another Advent calendar. Here is my entry - a snow Dalek ( I can't access my physical bricks at the moment, so LDD was m only option. Sorry for the weird angle, I find the software to be awkward at times) Best of luck everyone! Eurobricks 2016 Advent - Snow! by William Mills, on Flickr
  5. Bionicle 2016 Sets Discussion

So this has appeared on Brickset: http://brickset.com/.../Accessory-pack EDIT: Nevermind, just saw it mentioned a couple of pages back.
  6. Hope I'm not too late! The gingerbread man and the yeti have finished cobbling together a rather ramshackle Christmas tree of their own...it's quite unstable. tree by William Mills, on Flickr Happy Christmas, Everyone!
  7. Bionicle 2015 Discussion

If I recall correctly, we got the Hero Pack polybag in Europe a month or so before the Americans did. Maybe this will hold true for this set, too. It certainly does seem plentiful, though. I've been tempted to pick one up on eBay. They seem to be coming from Croatia, I believe.
  8. Bionicle 2015 Discussion

Yeah, I'd like to know more about that as well. As far as we know, it won't be a S@H giveaway for September, but perhaps it could be October?
  9. Agents of the Imperial Crown

Fantastic! what an excellent interpretation of this set. The use of those old Knight's Kingdom armour pieces is brilliant. I've checked out the contest over on FLickr and there's some fierce competition - best of luck!
  10. Bricklink and the CCBS

Not overboard at all. It makes perfect sense to me! hopefully you'll get a result from this.
  11. Bionicle 2015 Discussion

What if they only gain the title of Toa when they gain their golden masks or something?
  12. Bionicle 2015 Discussion

To me those horns on the "crown" part look like they could end up being the claw pieces used as the little spiders legs. Perhaps this is what they look like worn as mask, with this special golden version being the one we get with LOSS?
  13. Bionicle 2015 Discussion

I imagine that each Toa will have printing on their chest armour. It certainly looks like Tahu has it in the CGI image on the display stand and I think I can make it out on his set picture, too. The printing appears to look rather tribal, which is good...much better than the sort of printing that Furno in his Breakout form has (not that I think that it's a bad print, just that it wouldn't go with the Bionicle aesthetic) One thing that worries me, though, is that IF each toa gets printing, then Onua may end up with a sticker (that's if he uses the very large chest piece from The Hulk and Stormer XL, etc) since as far as Im aware that piece has always used stickers for decorative elements rather than print.
  14. Bionicle 2015 Discussion

I'd love for mask packs to return, however I doubt they will. As for heads, I hope we get a new one. While the head introduced with the Brain Attack sets is a very useful piece I would much prefer a solid coloured head with a transparent eye piece, like the Metru or original Toa head - I just assosciate them more with Bionicle characters and think that they look a lot better when seen through a mask. In my opinion they really emphasise that it's a character with a face wearing a mask.
  15. Legends of Chima 2014

I'd like the exclusive figure to be something really special, but I have a feeling it'll be something rather simple. I doubt it'll be any form of bird character since I assume that the figure wil have to be assembled and placed in the little plastic blister that's part of the books cover - I imagine any winged character would prove too troublesome to fit. I'm expecting something like a young Laval or something along those lines.
