Azrielsc Posted December 16, 2014 (edited) Hey DarthTwoShedsJackson, wondering if it would be easier to get the TLG's Ghost & Phantom and use them for parts for your MOC? I believe they share similar parts? I may go down this route to get as many bricks as I can before BL-ing the rest to do your MOC. Much thanks and Merry Xmas! Aethersprite Posted December 16, 2014 I love it! I was very disappointed when I found out that Lego's version lacks a proper interior. IMO the ship is pretty average looking on the outside, the interior is what drew me to it. Great work!
Faefrost Posted December 22, 2014 Great design. I love how perfectly you got all the angles. It looks much better just a bit larger. And am I the only one looking at this MOC and thinking how close, or what a good starting point it is to the Narcissus from the first Alien movie? speakerforthedee Posted February 9, 2015 Beautiful build of a beautiful ship, nice one. Just curious, what do you think on the Ghost is inspired by WWII vehicles? I hear this talked about a lot in Star Wars ...
falderal Posted February 9, 2015 Beautiful build of a beautiful ship, nice one. Just curious, what do you think on the Ghost is inspired by WWII vehicles? I hear this talked about a lot in Star Wars ... The bubble nose with guns underneath, 2nd cockpit above and turret behind are clearly inspired by the B-17 Flying Fortress. Rabbidpanda48 Posted February 25, 2015 I absolutely LOVE all the angles and detailing on this ship! Its by far more detailed and accurate than TLGs Ghost, great job!

DarthTwoShedsJackson Posted June 4, 2015 (edited) Here is a bucketload of photographs that should give anyone who wants to rebuild this MOC or something similar the insight needed. Note that this is the latest, most refined version of this MOC, which has received quite a few improvements and even new features along the way, including the large frontal cargo bay in-between the front and rear landing gears. If anybody uses these photographs as a reference to rebuild this MOC or is inspired by them to have his or her own go at this marvelous ship, I'd be happy to see the results here! Enjoy! First of all, a look at the inner structure and framework from many different angles: Building the front landing gear, loading ramp, cargo hold and gun emplacement: Plating on the fin: Rear landing gear and lower hull plating: Front searchlight and sensor encasings: Outer edges of the hull: Upper hull plating: Building the upper hull elements on the long central axis: Front gunner bubble and cockpit canopy: Dorsal gun turret: The main engines: The Phantom with room for a pilot and two normal-sized minifigs with regular head pieces in the back: Edited June 5, 2015 by DarthTwoShedsJackson

GuyDudeMan27 Posted June 4, 2015 I really wanna build this now. Could you post one more picture of the overall ship? Also how easy do you think this would be to make in LDD? I might wanna try that first.

Tariq j Posted June 4, 2015 (edited) Aside from winning the award for the post with most spoilers I think you've done an excellent take on it, what really pleases me is your eye for accuracy yet you've still managed to retain some key playability features. I'm definitely going to have a stab at building this. Edited June 4, 2015 by Tariq j
