Maybe, but will this part fit in new slick tyres?

I thought about the low-profile wheels. These ones will require another covers. Maybe these Cup plates, which were used for recent Creator Expert Corvette headlights? %

Was curious about these new funky wide wheels so did a quick Photoshop overlay with the recent low-profile co-moulded SC wheels. Assuming the outer diameters are the same, it looks like a 2x2 tile should fit inside the rim of the new wheel. Looks like it might be tight, but appears in the margins of typical brick-to-brick gap. Hopefully it'll fit... That said, it would be cool if there was yet another new wheel-cover/turbo-fan/aero-disc part

(there's a very slight difference in perspective between these two images, hence the slight misalignment... tried to focus on the centering of the tile and the new wheel to get a read on the fitment of a 2x2 tile and the 'brick-gap' typically kept as a minimum space between parts)

Wow, nice idea, @prototyp!

I'm only afraid if the spokes will leave too small space for this tile. The existing wheels are significstly recessed, and New ones, seems to be not...

I looked closely at the some photos an I think there is around 0,5 stud gap.

So, round plate should fit

But if we'll use these parts:

with these or similar linker:

Only tyres will be spinning and plates will stand.

So, in my opinion the best part would be modified 2x2 plate with pin like this one:

But with flat bottom.

Yes, non-spinning wheel covers like on the real car, very cool.

"Brick On"

You know, they could bag up 10 sets of the new wheel-tires and sell every one, this new mould is truly revolutionary.

So BMW Hypercar will have stickers on the windscreen. Unfortunately :(

Well, all previous SC sets that had this windshield, all had it stickered, not printed because of its relatively flat and rectangular shape (no 3D curves that may cause some stretches for the sticker).

I thought you meant M4's windscreen. This particular one is "only for printing" due to such curves... Stickers may look terrible on it.

  • "Lamborghini V12 Vision GT" should have a lot of relatively big curved parts rather than some small slopes to fit into the limit of 230 parts.
  • As for the "Aston Martin Duo", these two relatively equal cars also meet our proposals.

The only mystery so far is this "big set" 76924 and if/when Mclaren F1 76919 will be released...

I’m so glad more F1 cars are getting done.

just need an updated Williams and Red Bull and Torro Rosso (I’m not going to call them by their new name)

im surprised it has taken so long for the Aston Martin to be done.

also kind of surprised they haven’t done like a “race set” where two or three different team cars racing against each other.

I am gutted I missed the last McLaren with the pit stop set so I hope one day they could update that maybe with another team

Awww yeah! Lego and Gran Turismo, together at last!

Also, the inclusion of a safety car in the SC range is interesting. I'm guessing the Vantage. A conversion from safety car to road car should be pretty easy.

76924 ($49.99, 806 pieces): the biggest set ever (before the champion was 76922 BMW M4 GT3 + BMW M Hybrid V8 with 767 parts in total).
It should include two cars, following the price, and due to the parts count, they may be:
- Some big SUV-like car with ~430 parts (like Bronco R)
- Some pony-like (or similar to BMW M4) car with 376 parts.
So far these types of cars have the biggest part count, due to their size and bulky design.

Hey-hey, does it really come true? I only wonder if we get 4X4 or 6X6 G-Wagen
