-DoNe- Posted January 3, 2013 After about 1 week in the making my second LOTR dio is finally done! As the title says it´s the attack on weathertop. I got the set around one/two weeks ago and i thought it could usesome improvements not, to be honest this didn´t turn out as good as I had hoped for, but it has it´s points. Hope you all will like it either way!
Vader X Posted January 3, 2013 (edited) Nice, this captures the scene way better than original set does. Could be a bit taller but all depends on parts you have available. Really like the dark color choice. Edited January 3, 2013 by Vader X
BobThePom Posted January 3, 2013 Wow! very nice build, it looks a lot more "complete" than the set does.

Jacob Nion Posted January 4, 2013 (edited) Awesome rocks! This is a nice diorama for presenting the minifigs in a display case. Would love to see some more pics with figures. Edited January 4, 2013 by Jacob Nion

cortman Posted January 11, 2013 The rocks look great! I just got the official Weathertop set and I wish it had been more like this one. Only thing I would say is that you could expand on it and make it bigger.
-DoNe- Posted January 15, 2013 It does look great! I would like to see some Ringwraiths fighting the Hobbits and Aragorn! When I post a picture of my whole collection you may see them fighting ;-) The rocks look great! I just got the official Weathertop set and I wish it had been more like this one. Only thing I would say is that you could expand on it and make it bigger. I won´t make it any bigger since I have already finuished up two more scenes already that have been scaled after this (haven´t posted any pictures of them yet).
