Brick Shenanigans - Star Wars Hello everyone over at Eurobricks! For the past few weeks, I've been working on a solo man stopmotion animation project based upon Star Wars. What inspired me to do this genre (comedy) was the Robot Chicken series of Star Wars episodes which made me want to see if it could be done in Lego form. I hope you like this episode, I plan to do more but in different themes in the future (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones etc). Thanks for taking time to watch the video, if you like what you see, feel free to subscribe. We have more exciting projects to come! Feel free to give your opinions below. P.s. Greenscreen was planned for this video, although a few mistakes prevented this from happening. *NOTE - Can't seem to get the video to display in the post, but rather only in link form.

I have been making Brickfilms off and on for 7 years now, and I have tried a couple of software and cameras. Right now I have 2 cameras. 1 full-HD DV Camera and one Logitech web camera. The software I use is iStopmotion for recording and iMovie for editing. (Mac OS X) Now when I am looking forward for a couple of weeks free in the summer I want to spend some time making more Brickfilms and I thought about taking it to the next level. I read about this camera http://www.amazon.com/Lego-Stop-Animation-Video-Camera/dp/B002L6IA08 It has some pros and some cons though. It can be placed on studs e.g. on a baseplate and has a macro lens, which I think could be great fun and it is not too expensive. BUT it has no HD resolution... Does someone have experience with this camera and can confirm my thoughts? And do you got ideas for other solutions? I am most interested in a micro lens-solution. If I just had the camera, I could build something with bricks to keep it stable and attached to the baseplate.

Episode uses close up shots in official lego plane, and large forest i created. Always wanted to have episode with lots of people trapped together. Similar to real 'Planet of the Dead, Midnight' episodes. Next ep will re-use forest and dark hallways as seen in Next time teaser. Lego Doctor Who - Episode 3: Flight of a Lifetime The Doctor tracks an alien signature to a departing plane flight. He boards the plane in attempts to stop the alien threat but ends up trying to bring everyone back home after they are sent to an alien world. Please leave a like, comment and subscribe. I would love to hear feedback.

Good morning to you all. If several of you read this text diagonally, I'll be direct. YES, there is an test of MOC . With the agreement of the Eurobricks staff, We are here to announce a new competition in the AFOL universe. It is soberly entitled Summercontest2018. Every Monday morning, we will come to announce you a new event and you will generally have one week to participate. For each event, the 3 winners arriving at the top of the ranking will leave with magnificent prizes provided by our partners such as BrickWarriors, Brickstuff and of course LEGO. At each event, participants will obtain ranking points. These points will be added to each new round and then added to the general classification of the competition. It is not necessary to participate in all events, but the members of the podium who have accumulated the most points during the different events will receive an exclusive badge on their BàB profile as well as other surprises. As we are super nice, we give you the list of the tests in advance, just to put you in condition and to allow you to set your evenings between friends Week #1 : Script Contest (July 2 to July 8) Week #2 : Adaptation Contest (July 9 to July 14) Week #3 : Set design contest (July 16 to July 22) Week #4 : Animation Contest (July 23 to July 29) Week #5 : Soundtrack Contest (July 30 to August 5) Week #6 : Animation Contest (August 5 to August 12) Week #7 : Storyboard Contest (August 13 to August 19) Week #8 : Brickfilm contest (August 20 to September 2) We have arranged to insert a non brickfilmic proof and a brickfilmic proof each time, in order to avoid you the overdose! We hope you like this concept and that many of you will participate! We know that the brickfilm certainly rejects it, that's why, some tests are created to allow to participate without having any knowledge in the animation of a brickfilm. Writing a script, building a set... are easily achievable for an amateur MOCer. It is not necessary to have been a member of Brick-à-Brack to participate. The contest is open to all for all events you choose to participate. As you can imagine, a contest per week for two months is going to be complicated to manage for its staff, even if a lot of things have been prepared in advance we will have to judge the entries and it might take time, so if you don't want to participate in an event, that you are curious to discover the brickfilm, you want to offer us a helping hand to become a member of the jury. Of course, if you get on the jury, you become ineligible for the test you are marking. You can't be everywhere at once! Sorry: Send us a small MP if you feel like it. See you on July 2, 2018 for the announcement of the first event! May fate be favourable to you! We are at your disposal to answer your questions on this topic. find our old contests here

Hello there. I made a brickfilm with a couple of LEGO Batman Movie sets I own, and thought I'd share it here. I'm not very good at it, so it's a bit simple, (poor lighting, little scenery) but I tried to make it as funny as I could so I hope you are (at least somewhat) entertained! Thanks for watching!

Is it really that hard to tell a vampire minifigure from a regular minifigure? It was for the Picts of ancient Scotland... Created by Jack Rizzo. - Cast - Morcant Morrigan - Jack Rizzo Gellert Pec - Jack Rizzo Druid 1 - Aaron Good Druid 2 - Jack Rizzo Clan Leader - Jack Rizzo Check out the rest of Vampire Town series here! Overall very very happy with this, especially with the fire. Honestly, I didn't think that effect would work but it turned out so well; I'm going to keep using that technique, perhaps even make my own fire 'stock footage' from it for future ease. You thought the life of a young vampire was like Twilight? Think again. Happy Easter! -Cast- Ostea Latrodex - Audrey Bacon Edwin Stokes - Jack Rizzo Harvey - Bentley Michaels Check out the rest of Vampire Town series here! Just a very quick little Easter special, set in the Vampire Town universe. Quite happy with how this turned out, aside from the set (I was away from most of my Lego, so was very limited on bricks), and a few dodgy angles. But I'm happy I got this out on time, and there's more Vampire Town coming very very soon! Hello all! I am the General Moe, and i create stop motion films. My first taste of Lego Brickfilms came in 2007, when the Lego page featured some stop motions in the star wars section. I was hooked! An Average Death Star Day was my favourite by far, and i have a love for the Brickfilms of the past. So i decided to create a series that harkens back to the classic age of lego stop motions! I deliberately recreated the style of the old films. This involved lowering the frame rate and camera quality. A plain and consistent lighting was used, with the occasional flicker and set mistake. The parts and figures used were all kept pre-2007, and the sets were built in the simple, straight forward style of the early brick films. Most importantly, the practical effects! People were very limited back them, so i imposed those limitations on myself as well. I hope you enjoy theses films and bring back the memories of the time spent on the Lego Star Wars homepage!

The Joker (Lego Batman Movie Version) and his super villain squad invade Batman's Batcave. Batman must form his own super hero squad from members of the Justice League to help ward off the threat! The trailer for an upcoming stopmotion animation I've been working on for the past two and a half weeks. I finished the final cut at around 7-8 yesterday and whipped up this small preview. I will be releasing this on my studio's YouTube channel (the same one you are watching the trailer on) on the 18th (Tuesday) so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss it! Thanks for watching!

Hey there, This brickfilm tells a funny story about how the tire was invented in the Stone Age. But from today's point of view it might not be as useful as it seemed. We've recently made this film for the Steinerei 2017, a German Brickfilmfestival, and we even got the 1st place voted by the other participants and 3rd voted by the audience.

Hi! I've recently gotten into brickfilming and have been making some short Star Wars videos lately. I still have a lot of skills I need to work on, but hey, it's a start. Unlike my first couple of videos, these focus more on the joke rather than action. Hope you liked them and thanks for watching! Let me know which is your favorite

[Kickstarter] The Brickster Returns - A Christmas animated short film Greetings members of Eurobricks! I hope that this is allowed and the right place to post this! Each year, I make a Christmas special. The past two years have been based on my criminal character called the Brickster which is inspired by the Lego Island character although changed to fit my story. Regardless, this year I want to make the best Lego Christmas animation and also wanted to share the finished product with everyone! I have greatly increased my quality of animation since my last Christmas special. However, due to my situation, money for all of the sets/products to achieve such a feat is near impossible without help. I felt quite cheap with the thought of begging, however, I eventually came around and made a Kickstarter. I hope people will help to fund and support this film, if the fund is successful, by Christmas day (or eve for backers), I will release the film on here and YouTube. The concept of the film - The villainous Brickster has escaped from prison and to get revenge, he steals the presents from Lego city to sabotage Christmas! He is eventually banished in last year's special with the help of Santa and his allies. This year he will return and form a band of super villains and an army of robots to take over Lego city this Christmas Eve! Who can stop the Brickster and save Christmas? Here is last years Christmas special: And here is an example of a more recent film I've completed to show the increase in quality to expect (and better) from this year's Christmas special. Hopefully this year I will be able to create the best Lego Christmas animated film of the year with the communities help! If anyone is interested in helping fund this year's Christmas special, here is the link: Kickstarter Campaign Edit by Hinckley: Link removed If not, please feel free to share the campaign, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
