The fact that you can't have two items running on the same channel drives me nuts. The fact that the motor requires you to hold down the button, and doesn't let you adjust speed also drives me nuts. I think Sbrick + powerfunctions is the best way to go so far.

Yes; or just use your phone.

How do the boost and wedo motors hold up to the PF motors? Anything as good as the XL motor or L motor? I also just realized that it's impossible to have two motors on the same channel now, unless a splitter is released.
-
I gotta say that controller is ugly. I hope the other PF2.0 motors are shown soon! I need form factor!

Would it be reasonable to create a battery box that uses rechargable AAA batteries, but you can also plug it in to recharge those batteries?

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

A "modular" train station would have to be a stand alone, as badly as I want one -
Unauthorized selling of instructions for MOCs

He included this line. "Anyone who continues to talk about the Situation or Hate via my YouTube channel will be blocked instantly. This is the only Warning. " -

How do you produce instructions from LDD files anyways? Is there a program that will do it, or do you have to cut up the MOC in layers, and do it that way? -

Did he actually have any original content on his channel? -

I'm a photographer, and it's fairly easy and cheap to register copyright with your images; If you do so, it's really easy to sue people who steal your images for damages. I wonder if it would be reasonable to try and do the same with these MOCs? -

Mocs are nice to look at. But I'd love to hear what gave builders inspiration or how they thought to include certain techniques. -

I feel he yanked it down himself. There is a poll now on whether he should delete his channel. I have my own suspicions on what he is feeling right now, but I will keep those to myself. -

If he were to keep doing a youtube channel, this is what he SHOULD do. -Find MOC he wants to showcase -Contact MOC Creator -Create video about Moc, including an interview with MOC creator. -In comments, link to MOCers website -In comments, include link where you can buy files from MOC creator directly -If MOC creator doesn't have the above, offer service to sell, where MOC creator gets 80% profit. EDIT: This is the firs ttime I've ever seen the "Hot!" Tag in the train tech forum -

Is selling any number of copies of stolen work acceptable? Don't the people who made those creations deserve the money you made off of them? -

What about the money you've made off selling the intellectual property of others? -

What's the process of replacing the ones in the rechargeable battery boxes like? I've never actually seen a breakdown of the boxes. Fun fact, despite being very anti-rechargable battery box for PF, I own a total of 5 rechargable battery boxes. I bought 1 initially because it was the only option to power the Emerald Night, but I have a pile of other ones from buying second hand emerald nights before they went out of print

Imagine, something like LDD where you have a table in front of you to build creations, and draws to your side with infinite parts of any type or color for you to build whatever you wish. One thing that had always made me lose interest in building things on a computer is because it just doesn't feel the same, but VR could give an extremely close feeling to what actual lego building is like.
-
I don't like the rechargeable battery boxes. Not only do they seem to be horribly overpriced, but they will eventually die; where as with a AAA battery box, you can use rechargeable AAA, and when those rechargeable AAA eventually have outlived their lives, you can just replace them.

It is amusing how he is only addressing not giving credit, as opposed to addressing the fact he is selling other people's work. -

I think this is what you were looking for Ultimately I didn't directly copy his designs, I used his designs to inspire my own creations. -

This theft of intellectual property makes me so angry. MOCers work so hard on these, nobody else has any right to profit off these. Usually I don't buy instructions, but another AFOL made some amazing train cars for the christmas train and I really wanted to make some of my own, as well as support the guy who came up with the idea. I mean, a hot coco train car is something I never would have imagined on my own -
I hope the adapters aren't silly long like the PF to 9V ones
-
I took that phrase as saying the bluetooth can't control the old receivers. I'm also assuming that the connectors are different though, and we will need an adapter. The fact that PF got a standard 9V adapter tells me that an adapter could be possible. EDIT: I missed there was an entire next page with pictures of connectors

Oh yeah! I'd love to see an emerald night go through that loop, with half a dozen carriages in tow
