The 'sane' side of Harleen Quinzel's head would work for flesh Oracle. I wondered whether Pepper Pott's torso would work for her or maybe Lois Lane from Man of Steel for the shirt? Maybe the new '66 Catwoman mask side would work for the flesh Huntress head. Love that Carrie Kelly Robin. I've been meaning to make one of those recently.

I think they'd started to create new leg moulds that also had a piece that ran through the body and acted as the neck joint too. Torsos has the neck hole drilled (moulded) out. The recent Chewbacca keyring was like that. Doesn't make much difference when displaying the fig but removed the modular nature of the minifig.

I'd go for Helicarrier Nick Fury or Genera Hux? I'll photograph them when I get home to show them. There's also a city torso with a leather jacket but it has dark grey and light grey stripes underneath.

I'll be voting to stay as the EU has done a hell of a lot more for the region I live in than consecutive Tory/Coalition/Labour governments. I also don't believe in any of the 'giving up our sovereignty nonsense.

Seeing as Lex was being sold alongside this abomination I think we can safely say it's not coming in a new set. Same thing as the terrible Batman figures we was last year. I'm only posting the Batman photos to help disprove things... and highlight the cheek of them with printing the Lego logo on the back (which is also misaligned)

I'll post pics of the Batman Figure it was originally photographed with. The seller in Mexico sent me them. Luigi must have a contact at a factory, possibly in Mexico, to get his figures early every time and he must have ordered/been sent the Lex figure. The Bats is awful but definitely points towards them both being fake. (Edited due to iffy autocorrect on my phone)

I've wondered if there was a way of doing it with Safmat. When I was at college there was a material called Safmat and it was a film that you could buy in sheets that adhered to carbon print through a heat transfer. Technically you could print the colour decal... then print over it through a black and white laser printer or photocopier which you when run through the heat roller with the metallic Safmat sheet over it. Probably far too much faffing about for it to be worth it. Go with Emilstorm's option.

Yeah... Smiths here in the UK seem to have them too. A-Wing v TIE is £79.99 which is €105. My departure from the store was a little different though. Mine was more of a stroll... with the A-Wing and TIE under my arm.

I think the problem you'd also have is that the figure would be in dark grey while the hat would be dark bluish grey?

I posted a pic a couple of days ago with some new current figs along with a couple of 'new' ones posted on a Mexican Lego Market page on Facebook. namely Lex in prison suit and a new Batman design and wondered, if genuine, where they fitted with the release schedule as we knew it. Well they're definitely not genuine. I really do think someone... or a few people... that have a link of kinds with a Lego factory in Mexico is behind these various Batman figures. Torso design was reminiscent of the older, original Batman line that we was on the other fake Batman figures that surfaced... very poor printing which is probably badly done digital or very heavy handed pad. There's also a few SDCC 2011 Batman torsos that have surfaced that are a little heavy and rough in their print finish. Either way any thoughts some people may have had about it being an SDCC leak are quickly dashed.

Not that anyone needed it confirming but I've seen closer up shots of the Batman and Lex figures that were on the group shot I posted and they're NOT previews or prelims looking at them. Iffy printing and they actually have the cheek to print the Lego logo on the back of the Batman. Definitely looks like an attempt at a Rebirth design but the printing looks like it was done with potatoes. Lex figure has Metropolis State Prison on the back of the torso and looks a little better than the Batman but still not great. Not worth the £9 they're charging for them.

The old muscle torso design really stands out on Warpath and Colossus there. Sabretooth is definitely another OLS clone... not sure about the others. Fair play to these and Xinh in not just copying existing Lego designs and bringing out something a little different.

Medium Blue and Dark Blue. I switched it out to just Dark Blue legs too. Thankfully I also had a white official hairpiece so switched out the head too. Some of the hair moulding isn't great on these and if you're using official heads there's a visible gap between the head and the hair line.

Ha...NO! For 60p I'm always interested to see what kind of quality companies are putting out and I've got a little bag of Marvel figures that are bootleg but really good quality that I'm keeping. The Mystique, Archangel, Ice Man, Quicksilver, Ms Marvel and Prof X are probably staying. My daughter grabbed the Psylocke, She Hulk and Rogue before I got a chance so I've not seen the quality properly but the She Hulk looks very good in the bag. I'll pos the pic when I get a chance later.

I had a load of stuff arrive over the last week or so and I'm quietly impressed by the quality of figures such as Archangel and Prof X. I switched out a few parts of the classic Quicksilver and the figure works well. Some of the stuff I've received has also been utter crap. The SY Iron Man set with various backpacks and wings was awful. Truly terrible. The Xinh Aquaman was actually really good although I added Thorin's head and hair to update it.. the print on the arms is really well done. Unfortunately the Deathstroke and Batman from that set were so bad I actually just threw them in the bin and keep the guns.

It's an odd one. Normally you can spot something iffy a mile away but there are a lot of leaks from the Mexican factories (including me already owning a blue Nightwing) but it just seems very matter-of-fact that they're sitting on this page. Use of the old cowl is also something that seems a little off but then again the Desert Bats is using it. It does have me intrigued though. I must admit I've not even considered them to be SDCC early releases but normally our reliable sources would know if a set is planned and the BvS Lex seemed strangely timed if there isn't an extra BvS set.

This was posted to a Mexican Facebook Lego Sale page... Is that a new Batman variant? and is that a Lex from BvS in his prison jumpsuit? That also appears to be a Real Madrid print on the top row. I've spotted a couple of bootlegs on the page in the past but never usually mixed with genuine figures and there's some new figures such as the Dengar figure and the new Blue Nightwing on there. Opinions?

Ha... not sure why... Onlinesailin does a blue one but it feels like bootleggers aim for Christo where they can due to the amount his figures sell for. Maybe as SY already did a black one it's just a sense that it's fine as it is.

I've got some storage boxes from a discount place here in the UK that has compartments that you can fit around 6 or so figs in each... probably around 24 compartments in the box so you could put all of them in something similar. If you're US based there'll be a ton of things like that. Not much space for them to knock around but they're all protected. As Badbob says you can always get some small ziplock bags to put them in individually first.

That's Scarlet Spider. Two of those figures are clones of Phoenix Customs Bricks figures... Spider Gwen and Scarlet Spider. Top right is 2099 which is a clone of a Christo custom and then obviously Spider Woman is the SDCC figure. I think Spiderman Noir is a clone of an Onlinesailin figure

That actually looks like a pretty good lab set up. What's the red figure? Is that Vision pre-clothes or a red Ultron variant for some reason? Looks like a way of SY getting rid of a lot of existing figures.

It was an auction and one other person bid the opening amount so I got it very cheap. Same design he's had for the last few years so I'll just change the hair on it.
