  1. The dark tan hair is a simple change but looks great. Phoenix Customs Bespin Luke utilised a custom dyed piece and it looks great on those two designs.
  2. This MOC is just incredible. Everything about this is beautiful from the outbuildings and the environment it's set in to the rickety shape of the building while still looking solid. It's everything a Burrow MOC should be.
  3. I'm with everyone else. A boxed 10179 for $750 is far too little so if genuine then get it and sell it on. I actually prefer the modded versions with the revised engines that don't use the rigging etc anyway but for what you'd get for a MISB one you could BrickLink one and have money in the bank.
  4. What era of military? I've ordered from the US for WWII era but I've actually got quite a few current military figures I'm ready to move on.
  5. It's Ernie Prang from Harry Potter. The glasses on Henry Jones would be fine but the beard is a little too pronounced whereas Jeremy Iron's Alfred is just slightly more unshaved.
  6. There have been quote a few of those in the Liverpool one... I think there's still probably a few in there now.
  7. That Leia torso is pretty much perfect now. The belt detailing is fantastic and the more neutral styling of the face print over the darker 'Tamina' details.
  8. I quite like custom cloth overcoats on figures but the way Rorschach has his tightly fastened lends itself to print more than fabric to me. Have you checked the BrickLink sellers in your area for parts? I think I've ordered from NZ or Australia in the past even to the UK.
  9. The torso is from Sheng Yuan and it's the bootleg copy of the torso Christo printed of the Lego Batman game version of Red Robin. The arms work really well on this though... I think I'll pick up a Mr Incredible to make the same mod on my Phoenix Customs version.
  10. I've seen, and bought quite a few licensed parts in the BAM towers... A full Lois Lane, Celebratiin Luke torso, Santa Fett torso, Leia Ewok Village torso and legs to name a few
  11. Looking at those they've started to clone the BrickForge Rigged range. The stahlhelms are taken from there as is the gas mask on the bottom middle... the harness on there is also included in the flamethrower pack for Rigged. The cap on the top left and the holsters are part of the Rigged range too.
  12. Scarlet Witch is fine. Zemo is rubbish.
  13. Well you can ways call me Robianco which is my username rather than the member title I was blessed with. ;) Here's the Christo figures:
  14. Goggles are from SiDan and I got them from lapetitebrique.com Jacket is from eBay and a store called Easton Home and the legs are from EclipseGrafx. If only there was dark tan and black arms... I think I may spray some with vinyl dye.
  15. He certainly does! :)
  16. I wasn't sure whether I'd posted this here before (seriously... I have no recollection)... so here's my very simple purist Alfred with Batman from BvS
  17. Seeing as we're showing Nightmare Batman I thought I'd drop mine in too.
  18. Normally free depending on the seller.
  19. Hello and welcome! With regards to clear or coloured decals you need to be aware that transparent decal will only 'multiply' the colour onto the plastic colour that it's applied to. This means that it won't work as well into darker colours... The eye will make adjustments for things such as the eye highlight when it's in a light flesh background but your cmyk inkjet printer won't print white so it won't be on the decal... Hence the reason some people print The skin colour into a white decal and apply that. I'd always apply a full wrap for heads so the ends are basically hidden by the hair or headpiece. I'd recommend a clear acrylic spray to give a light coat over the piece once the decal is applied to hep protect it. Google Christo's custom Watchmen figures as they're great places to start for those figures. I'd also research as much as you can to see if there are existing pieces to use where possible such as the Portal dimensions minifig for the vest piece for Ripley. I was tempted to create a Lobster Johnson custom fig a year or so ago but I found that not many people knew who he was so I didn't get it finished and printed. Good luck with Abe, Liz, Johann and even Daimio. I'd be interested in helping put those together with you. Good luck!
  20. The hair looks good as Borex says... Hopefully this print is just a bad example and there'll be better available.
  21. That actually looks pretty good. Might pick a couple up to help alleviate misprinting issue possibilities.
  22. Sam Wilson and Arsenal were available around a month after SDCC last year... Decool used my artwork for it! Odd that they've actually already got versions of those figures available shortly before SDCC though...
  23. Well Atom and the new Captain America design are confirmed as the SDCC figures. How long until they're bootlegged?
  24. Our Chinese friends are just waiting for the images of the figures to appear and they'll be flooding the market. Funnily enough there are already two Atom figures due for release. That aside, that Cap design is really nice. Not sure whether they'll dual mould the arms with print added but it should be a really nice figure. If they don't product unique moulds for SDCC figures what kind of shield will they include?
  25. My guess based on things that have been said would be: DC: Zoom Marvel: Punisher Let's see.
