  1. It's probably going to be some weirdo that decided it would be awesome to use his creative freedom to make a giant death robot to enslave everything and everyone.
  2. Well, there is some evidence now for Nya being the Master of Water. In the Serpentine flashbacks, the Master of Water of the time has very similar armor to Nya's original Samurai X suit. Also, azure is a very noticeable secondary color on her. So there's a fair chance Nya will have water powers. Also, in a recent TTV coverage Meso mentioned similarities between Kai's father and Ronin. I've looked over some images and compared the two, and there's some very notable differences. Ronin has rounded eyebrows where they point inwards, Kai's father has pointed eyebrows (like Kai's, minus the scar). The cheek definers also vary a fair bit, so there's no real similarities between Ronin and Kai's father. I'm going to wait until we get more news on this anyway, seeing as they didn't reveal anything about Kai's father in the TV show.
  3. I'm aware of that. But that doesn't make them a licensed line simply because LEGO hired someone to do some 3rd party work. They're in-house lines, not franchises LEGO has borrowed the rights to temporarily.
  4. ...what? NINJAGO, Chima and Elves are not licensed lines by any stretch of the imagination. They lines developed in-house, birthed from LEGO itself and wholly, 100% owned and made by LEGO itself. Distributing licenses to 3rd party corporations (eg, Wilfilm, Advance, etc) only makes them licensed relative to the company that didn't develop the original IP.
  5. They ditched level builders after... Indy 2? Or one of the Harry Potter games. Doubt we'll see a return.
  6. This. I never bought the MechDragon just because it had Garmadon and Wu in it, I bought it because the set was awesome, I was a collector, and I loved the show. And if I ever pick up DB 2.0, it will be solely because the set is awesome. TV show completely lost me after episode 44, and with that went the "collector" mantra I had.
  7. *Conspiracy Mode* It all makes sense! LEGO is the largest toy company in the world, and by far the most popular! A series of addictive games and media, yes! It's become clear now that LEGO is trying to control the toy industry as a smaller part of a global plan by alien lizard men to take over the whole world! *Normal mode* Really looking forward to getting more news about this line. Hopefully it won't be as poor as the last line.
  8. Mystake could easily be a more important person in Ninjago history than revealed, seeing as she specialized in "magic" teas.
  9. I'm not too optimistic about the "innovations" side of this game... the TT Games era of LEGO video games has a history of overpromising, releasing not-quite-finished mechanics, and stagnancy. The rate they're churning them out doesn't help.
  10. Actually, the Earth Mech and Electromech used CCBS in effective ways to communicate what they were going for and I've got no problem with that (side note: I'd be willing to debate that point on the Summer Mechs, while it's not a large amount of parts they stick out like a sore thumb). Back on-topic, I'm pretty sure we're not getting any new gigantic new "main" line anytime soon, right now they're really trying to push NINJAGO's comeback and BIONICLE is almost certainly going to be shoved in the limelight next year (if not this one). We still don't know the exact details on NINJAGO's own seeming discontinuation and reboot next year anyway.
  11. I'm dreading it if it contains an overload of CCBS parts (like some people want). Certain lines need to remain sacred and true to their origin.
  12. ...I wasn't referring to BIONICLE.
  13. Nah, it'll just be revealed next year they had good intentions the whole time of preventing the Toa from releasing Makuta and only tried to murder everything because it was the only way to save Okoto. *COUGH* (please note that none of this sarcasm is directed towards you, only lazily written retcons)
  14. LEGO most certainly isn't "dying", but there has been some dodgy decisions they've made recently regarding new pieces and new lines.
  15. Really? That's cool. I still remember being annoyed over Snake Attack when I first bought it. Fortunately, it was a book collection pack, so I got all the *CHARACTER*: NINJA OF *ELEMENT* books at the same time.
  16. Woaaaaah. No one is asking LEGO to teach kids the full tale of "The Birds and the Bees". What people do want, is an explanation. Do they have children, or are they manufactured? That's all we want to know. And, for the record, it has been explained in both NINJAGO (not NinjaGo, it's not two words) Chima how the humans/animals reproduce. That's how we got a Raven/Eagle hybrid, and nearly got a Rhino/Eagle hybrid too. And for the record, no one is asking for the either (although that would be awesome).
  17. Only if you count a single altered piece. In the event that you don't (like me) we're only getting two. Armor schmarmor, the core detailing and build of the figure is where it's at.
  18. Pretty sure Morro is McNeil... certainly sounded like him, and it'd be a shame if if they didn't pick him for a role so similar to the Overlord (it will be so awesome if Morro IS the Overlord, but he probably isn't)
  19. The last few LEGO games were all said to be "innovative" and "fresh" and none of them really delivered. Usually it takes them a whole game to introduce a half-working concept, and another to perfect it. I really want pictures of the sets
  20. Only if you have fat fingers :3
  21. British NINJAGO wesbite has been updated again, now with a Gallery, an awesome poster of Lloyd, more character bios and... stuff. EDIT: Pythor has gotten his own video! With clips from episodes 43 and 44 only.
  22. Episode 5 is now online. For a one minute short, it's pretty good.
  23. Could always use them as thumbtacks for putting stuff on walls (I'll take a dozen)
