  1. I made a couple Mad Max 2 vehicles in 4 wide for my photo a day project. The movie came out in 1982 and the LEGO vehicle standard was 4 wide at the time. Max's Interceptor Humungus' truck This highway ain't big enough for the both of us.
  2. You can never have enough MOW equipment. I made a little catenary maintenance hi-rail truck for my photo a day project. It has a scissor lift platform. The rail wheel retract for highway road travel. It is a good idea to de-energize the catenary section before working on it. Day 091 of 365: Catenary Maintenace by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  3. Great job on the Conrail engines. Brings back some fun memories when I used to watch the Conrail trains in my younger days.
  4. Lone Ranger Constitution Train was good for that when they were being liquidating. No motor but good for bogies, magnetic couplers, drivers, cow plow and real curve tracks. Hollywood needs more trains in movies that flop in theaters.

  6. Thanks guys. What does "astch batsch" mean? Is that like sticking out your tongue?
  7. Redcoats will get their revenge. Nice work on the comic.
  8. Thanks. I ordered a whole bunch of wheels and holders but no axles. I was going to look into making them when they arrive.
  9. Don't forget to take your daily recommended dose of iron supplements. Daily Iron Supplements by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  10. Maybe Adobe RGB instead of sRGB colour space?
  11. Thanks. Taking on a 365 Photo a Day project is one way to improve one's photography. It is not all that time intensive if you make yourself build fast and get the picture out of camera without having to do a lot Photoshopping. Any way, less talking and more shooting. 12. Welcome aboard. Here is a topic on one way to make six wheel truck with PF motor. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=64090
  13. No problems ordering Power Functions the other day. Used Windows 7 and Firefox 36.0.4 (no add-ons).
  14. Poor snowman. At least it is still freezing where I am.
  15. How much space do you have to display? If you're religious, you could add a place of worship. How about a coffee shop? LEGO Store?
  16. Nice work. Looks like they intend to go down fighting.

  21. No worries, I have only 277 more days of Jar Jar to go to complete my LEGO 365 photo project. Maybe I'll do Ewoks for next year if I haven't lost my sanity. There is hope the son won't grow up like the father. Take Luke for example. He is nothing like Anakin. =================== Trash talk? Day 086 of 365: Taking Out the Trash by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  22. Welcome to Eurobricks. Nice job on the probe droid and cat photo bombs.
  23. Thanks for the comparison. 7144 brings back some fun memories. i was visting my nephews during my Dark Ages. I went wild with their multiple buckets of LEGO. I found a chunk of Slave I here and there. Somehow I managed to reassemble it. It wasn't enough to pull me out of the Dark Ages though. Looks like I made some MOCs too before I knew what was MOC.

    Car Talk

Do you have something like Lease Busters in the U.S.A.? I don't know if it is worthwhile to find someone to take over your lease with 1 year left. Maybe insure it as a seasonal car. I guess more cars and less LEGO for the upcoming year.
  25. It does look a bit like Constitution Train Chase engine now that you mentioned it.
