"I may be in the minority here, but I HATE this series. The only ones I like are the king, the goblin and the fencer Honestly I don't care for this wave that much either. If they were only 3 bucks a pack, I might consider the Weiner man and the construction guy but if the codes are back, they'll probably be 4 bucks again.

I'd rather have 2 really good separators then a pile for poorly made ones

Has anyone heard anything on when wave 6 friends might be released?

need help with finding mega bloks instructions online.
SweetiePie88 replied to SweetiePie88's topic in Community
Thanks -
Those remind me of the stack on hardware organizers we have in the states. But those look like a much thicker material

B/c Lego is so obsessed with rehashing the police and fire stuff every year that they can't see the LOGICAL side of things! Do they REALLY need to be releasing more and more police and fire every year?
-
Today I picked up a bag of mixed mega bloks at the flea market along with some lego items including QUATRO bricks! Well, I know the guy said that there was a Harley Davidson mb set included and I figured out with one that's to a quick google image hunt combined with knowing what parts I found in the bag. Its the harley davidson softail probuilder set but the problem is that I cant seem to find the instructions via google search!!! Anyone know if there's any decent sites out there for finding the instructions that I might of missed? While there seems to be some par assembled chunks, there's not really enough to begin trying to piece it together.. Mb's site doesn't have the instructions, no just instruction lots on ebay.

Oops, should of made clearer on screwing with the contents. I meant like they could steal the figures and reseal the bags and return it or trading out parts for other stuff. With a scale and patience, it could get ugly
-
Thumb punches might discourage in store thefts but people could still buy the sets, bring them home, screw around with the contents and return or exchange it. I can't remember the video name but I remember doing a video about how you can use a heat gun to melt the glue on the punch boxes, takes the items out, and use the heat gun to reseal the box. It looks like an average mint condition box but there's nothing inside it.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 12 Rumours and Discussion

Taking into account that you'd be buying in the middle of a holiday rush on top of no guarantee on how low the figures will last in store, you might want to spring for them sooner then later- 1,109 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 12 Rumours and Discussion
SweetiePie88 replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
. B/c they never stated that they'll be willing to still buy 160 for 40 figures so said person could wind up buying less then 40 figures so less money to Lego. And I remember seeing people on various forums saying that at 4 bucks a bag, they'll be getting way less then 3 buck a bag previous series. Personally, I could see myself wanting a couple pizza guys if they were 3 bucks a go but instead I just got one princess to finish my display and I have a free one coming from Lego thanks to a defective head gear piece. If people are into the mmo, maybe its worth it to help build up your army but what about those that don't play or have played but hated the game?- 1,109 replies

Sounds like someone needs to report this to target since this is obviously an error. The figures got mixed up with the Halloween clearance.- 1,109 replies

Just got a message back of tlg. They are going to be sending out a random bag to me since "Just like you, we receive the minifigures in their prepacked mystery bags, so we don’t have individual replacement parts". Fingers crossed for another princess.- 1,109 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 12 Rumours and Discussion

Thanks. Was debating about plugging her data into the mmo tonight or wait until I'd actually want to play the game for longer then plugging in a code. She's kind of a weakling. Not Much on defense and only mid power and creativity is high. Wish they would of made a battle worth princess so I'm going to wait.- 1,109 replies

If you have problems finding them, why don't you designate a container for them so they can be carolled? Between baskets, drawers, bags, and various containers, there's a ton of options out there. I have 2 designated containers plus another location that I'm not sure if its temp or long term. One is a basket in the top drawer of a cart in my room that holds 2 old school separators plus misc technic bits and bobs. The other is a three section container in the rolling cart that has my new ones in one section. Last one is the temp location. I have one old green one in a container that I have just basic bricks and some slopes in. I haven't decided if it'll stay there long term or not.

My 2 animal collections FINALLY got here! I assembled one collection and the other bags are in my room. The sets are so epic! I am now waiting on them to cough up wave 6 since the panda could really be useful in a moc I might be starting soon.
-
Thanks. They must of put a priorty shipment speed on the thing since as of the wee hours yesterday, its already been sorted through the fedex sorting center a state over from where I live and so its a safe bet that its either at or almost at the sorting center in my state! That is moving a lot faster then normal since usually I'd be lucky for it to just be getting to the one state over place at this point.

I get to some extent the value of having them in SOME sets but the problem is these things really multiply fast and there's not much you can do with them. I have 9 of the new guys, 2 or 3 from sets and the rest from buying them on bl to experiment with to see if I could do anything with them. To date I've tried a few methods and nada. The new ones are horrible with separating stuck plates and I'm debating about just putting all except a couple in the to trade pile since I like the old ones I have better. If I was into axle use more, I'd build the stand from the unofficial builders guide. As far as tiles go, sure on the very rare occasion I use them in a moc, this could come in handy if I didn't already have two Lego crowbars walking around! Plus they are so scrawny they aren't comfortable in my hand. Does Lego think only people with small hands build with Lego's?

And how can the head stud/inside of the hat problems be from feeling parts? Plus unless people are pinching the parts with a vice grip force, I doubt feeling would be damaging parts.- 1,109 replies

Update time. Lego FINALLY decided to ship my order this afternoon!
-
If I had the money to burn, I'd be tempted to do that but my funds are tied up at the moment. Gotta get a few things for my room and I'm debating about splurging on a Lego set and I'm waiting on wave 6 of friends animals, and I still want to snag a video game eventually. Good thing I don't want the "new 3ds xl" or I'd have problems.
