  1. Because of my busy work schedule it will take some more time to finish the hull :-( .
  2. That's a surprise. I didn't know this...
  3. I wonder which one of these 2 are most popular: or I think the one with the blue epaulettes looks good but I don't think this is authentic for the British? So I prefer the yellow epaulletes and I have given all my Imperial Guards yellow epaulettes.
  4. Happy birthday Mr. ZCerberus. Did you reach your deadline?
  5. It's difficult to chose beween the Imperial Soldiers and Imperial Guards. The Imperial Soldiers are the most classic since they were first released by Lego. I had seen some pictures is a lego catalogue when they were not yet available in the shops and fell in love immediatly. But since I have more Imperial Soldiers than Imperial Guards, the Guards are higher on my wanted list. So I voted for the Imperial Guards.
  6. My orders from BL have arrived. I'm now using them to complete the hull of the ship. But it still needs some work, especialy the front of the ship doesn't look right yet. I plan to make another ship (bigger) once this one is finished with yellow and white (the colors of the BSB). But this will be something for next year (I hope I still have time because I will start constructing my house :-/ ).
  7. I shall make a thread about this ship. Indeed lets discuss in the separate thread.
  8. I was not serious ofcouse. Never expected you to really delete the thread. That was the pirate in me speaking (trying to hide this sale from the rest of you pirates :-P ).
  9. Jep. Indeed, the pith helmets aren't accurate. Mr Phes, can you delete this thread :pirate4:
  10. I send him an offer for the entire army :-) Don't have a response yet.
  11. Well, with "gold ships" I meant those ships that the Spaniards had to transport gold from the new world back to Spain. You said : Maybe I didn't use the correct name when I wrote "gold ships"? Sometimes there is a lot of hair on my english (this is a translated dutch saying). Sorry to be off topic...
  12. Thats an ambitieus project Lord Admiral. You will need a large amount of bricks and patience. I hope you make a progress thread so we can following what you are doing?
  13. Shame on you Mr. Phes. Forgetting such a good Star Trek movie (loved the scene were the Enterprise crashed on a planet). I didn't realise immediatly that this was the ship from that movie. Also the Star Trek crew had great uniforms during the scenes on the ship.
  14. This ship really deserves a separate thread. Does anyone know if it already exists? It contains a lot unique techniques that I didn't see before and there are many pictures.
  15. Aha, the Austrians have a great history. And the army during the napoleonic wars had some beautiful uniforms. Do you have plans to recreate the Austrian army with Lego (not just a few men, but a real army)?
  16. Thats an easy choice: Viking fortress ofcourse!
  17. Which sets was she trying to steal?
  18. These are too good to be removed Nathan. Is there a size limit to the brickshelf folders?
  19. This would be a nice addition to my armies. However, this army does need some modication to become a real Napoleonic and English army. The Napoleonic line infantry would require much more red (expensive) epauletes. If I knew the shipping costs were reasonable and I didn't have to pay a crazy amount of import taxes, I would consider buying it (not including the Castle Dragon Rider Army).
  20. Here he is in color:
  21. I think the rasped hat looks good. Very creative... Its a good match for some of the hats used by the Austrian Landwehr. Some other Austrians seem to have a shako, busby or bicorne. Are you from Austria Andreas? Or do you have any special reason to focus on the Austrian army? I like what you are doing, since I haven't seen any Lego Austrians soldiers before. As soon as your brickshelf folder is public I shall add your torso designs to the torso library I found this picture of Prussian 4th Life Hussars: and Prussian Landwehr Infantry: I'm only doing French and English for the moment. So I can recreate some battles on the Peninsula or some parts of Waterloo (before the Prussians arrived). But my English army has just 33x line infantry (red imperial guard), 10x Riffle, 3x officer. I need to buy buy buy :-) ...
  22. Yes, I have. I plan to make better pict of my commanders and army (in action) in the future. And I must buy a new camera but I don't want to spend the money. I'm trying to convince my parents they need one :-).
  23. Now I have an identity crisis. Don't know anymore which Bonaparte I am :-). But indeed, the Bonaparte in the picture below (and my avator) is the commander of my Grande Armee. I like designing custom torso's and stuff. That's why I wanted to group them all in one place (the library).
  24. Death to this impostor!!! Here's a recent picture from the REAL Napoleon Bonaparte:
  25. Wow, these look like real Lego (even the minifigs). The pirate ship seems a copy of the BSB. This must be very illegals stuff?!
