    Thanks 'ER0L', I'm just working on the Octan sign and new fuel pump for this......then I can start the post office which will be a modularised version of a recent post station......keep watching !

    Thanks 'charly1221', , no not taller....because it's meant to be in a rural town....so yeah I might try a few more buildings to go along with this....might be a post office, but again not to tall. Keep watching for those small additions to this everyone !

    Thanks '3BrickFriends' for your kind words as well, I was going originally do my usual open back but I thought of a fusion idea of a modular with access panels/removable walls. the lower floor is a combo design of two 1950's hardware stores on the east coast of Australia.....I'll try and find those pictures again. Edit - found them...... .....and I can't show you the picture thanks to image extension

    Thanks everyone , it might not be my last modular, because I have worked out my style so I'm full of surprises.......now also I haven't made the brick-built sign yet and new fuel pumps.....that's today......so keep watching as usual !

    Thanks 'Withacee' for your kind words and feedback. I chose those bricks for that effect of a late 50's early 60's building design rare in modulars I think. To explain, downstairs is the store/showroom/merchandise sales, upstairs agro-business (real estate, livestock, finance and insurance).

    What ? A modular from LT ? Yes, it's an Octan Rural office and store. I should of said picture heavy I guess but you can see the two sections that come away so repairs or minifig positioning can be done. Any comments and questions feel free to post them.

    'Serpico'.....your work reminds of a song....."Everything is AWESOME" and this is awesome......the pavement is wonderful and the news stand is the bomb so perfect. Brick On 'Serpico' !

    Nice work except for one little thing......RED OVERLOAD - perhaps the floor tiles could be a different colour but would still fit in the scope of things.....just the red was blinding ! Still it's a great modular 'finnbricker'.......Brick On !
