Does the book talk about the imperial rank insignia? It's gonna be a while before I can get it.

What would that have achieved? Nobody was on board.

I'm guessing, due to his cybernetic legs, he wasn't able to run to the ship and realised if they waited for him to board it probably would have made their escape less likely. Saw it a few hours ago, I enjoyed it thoroughly although I did find the beginning to be somewhat choppy. The Visual Dictionary better have some explanations on what the hell was going on with the imperial rank insignias.

Oh, so she does. Why do I feel like she's going to be an expensive figure and make it not really worth the cost for more accurate shocktroopers?

Does anyone know if there are any white & red dual moulded legs, with the red at the bottom? If there are, a custom decal could be applied to make better shocktrooper legs.

About a year and a half ago I posted my initial TIE Interceptor model and I pointed out a few areas that I didn't like, notably the wing pylons. I went through two more changes, each being stronger than the last but that wasn't all I was unhappy with. I ended up building a second version, totally from scratch, using Belkor's wing pylon design. New cockpit interior (hell, entirely new cockpit), new thinner wings - only two plates thick. But my absolute favourite part of my second, improved version is a functional rear viewport. Unfortunately, I am currently lacking the money to buy extra pieces for v2 so only renders for now. There are still a number of things I would like to change. I'm pretty happy with the wings, although if I find a way to keep the edge panels closed that would be great. Ramses' TIE fighters have better wing pylons where it connects, so I want to modify mine to be more similar. Cehnot made an excellent cockpit interior, so I plan on changing mine to use that. However I'm very happy with the thinner wings and functional rear cockpit. It took quite a bit of time fiddling around with plates to have a design that was strong enough throughout with the wings. Hopefully, v3 should be in full brick form.

It looks so damn nice with the landing gear. So sleek and elegant.

Definitely has some useful pieces though, so that's a bonus. I don't think I ever keep the battlepack builds built. It's definitely a better build than some previous BP builds though.

We don't even have any macrobinoculars yet at all, so we'll have something new regardless. As I said on previous page, there is always a chance they keep the phase II helmet but include holes.

*cough* Zev Senesca *cough* I would prefer generic minifigs but it honestly wouldn't toally surprise me if there were named ones in there, as much as I dislike it. However it is a slightly... weird battlepack either way.

I am quite curious as to whether the clone commander (which I also am hoping to be Bly) is going to be in phase I or phase II armour. I'm going to assume phase I, however if it is phase II, I wonder if they finally put holes in the side of phase II helmets so that attachments can be added...? I'm going to be a realist and say that's not the case but I am quite excited about the possibility.

Is that able to move or is it fixed?

It's a totally different shape. Look at them side by side. They have a similar general shape but are quite different.

I'm still rather surprised they included a brand new flight helmet mould in the u-wing microfighter, it looks fantastic. And, as ever, excellent dual-moulding. Minifig wise Krennic's shuttle is definitely the weakest but these are excellent.

It's a lot easier to build something better than it is to give Thrawn the correct rank insignia. Plus, I'm pretty okay with most of the sets themselves.

It is, but we're gonna buy it regardless for Thrawn and they know that. But the fact that his rank insignia is wrong makes it a lot less tempting for me.

Not always, no. Although the mods haven't requested any take down of the other images that we have. Can still be better to make sure though first.

Angry Thrawn, you say? Highly, highly disappointing that he does not have red eyes though. Custom decal it is.

To be fair, most of the world is getting Rogue One on the 15th or 16th. But thank you for clarifying.
