Yes, they are half a stud thick, but very, very flexible. Not only do they use less material than normal half beams, they also seem to be made out of a softer plastic.- 5,504 replies

Axle width is 2 studs wider than zetros, so yes, 15 studs. Yes, the servo can steer all of them with ease thanks to the very long steering arms, you can see it steer under very high load at 9:30. -

No worries. As stated in video, I plan to upgrade motors to BuWizz ones and thereby get rid of at least 9 gears, reduce weight and increase power. Also, found some time to create a picture of the driveline: And the steering system: -

Yes, because it can output 7A max, comapred to 800mA limit of normal battery boxes. -
