Probably old news but I checked out lego S@H and the Dragon Knights Battle Pack has been discontinued it seems (no longer on site) and Lion Knights BP is finally sold out and probably discontinued soon. I only bought one of each. Oh well. The only loss is the numerous Dragon Knights. How long is the Advent Calander going to stay around? Its sold out, I was hoping to get a second for extra peasants.

Oh my, this is amazing. I normally use the studs for rocks but now I see that can be great for walls too.

I wish they would make some sort of battle pack. So many awesome sea minifigs but the best one are in the expensive sets.

Yea I don't need more animals. I need more minifigs! More civilians/peasants would be nice. Or some sort of militia instead of the usually knights in shining armor.

When did they release the Chess/Tic Tac Toe set for the previous Castle Theme? Wave 1 or 2? I was hoping to see that released for Kingdoms.

The new skeletons look interesting. More minifigs for my undead army! And of course these would be my first Ninja minifigs.

I have like 20+ Trolls and I don't mind all the identical faces. I will just put the mummies with the skeletons as an undead army. And upcoming Ninjago sets going to have new skeletons so I could use that to boost my undead army too. I missed out on the old minifigs but Lego keeps on making new minifigs anyway so I don't need to collect them all. When I have like 10 of each in the long run it will add up to a nice variety of dozens maybe hundreds.

Warhammeresque indeed. nice use of the mummy pieces. I definitely need to get some mummy minifigs from PQ to supplement my skeleton army.

I think I will be getting a few of the Golden Staff Guardians sets for mummy warriors and motorcycles. Maybe one or two of the battle packs for helmet variety. An Anubis battle pack would be awesome though. Definitely not dropping 100 bucks for the Pyramid set just for the Anubis Warriors.

This is a great set. And serves as a cheaper battle pack compared to the mummy battlepack. Minus the winged mummy. You get a motorcycle, adventurer and 2 mummies. And some extra bricks. EDIT: Now that I think of it, its an excellent battlepack if you don't care about the mummy wings. 2x battle pack gets you 4 mummy soldiers, 2 winged mummies, and 2 coffins 3x golden staff guardians gets you 6 mummy soldiers, 3 adventurers, 3 motorcycles, and 3 golden staffs/rock formations

Originally I was not interested in this theme because I thought it was just treasure hunters vs treasure hunters. But there are mummy warriors? Awesome. I must get this set and other sets in PQ theme.

Sorry about that. I didn't have room for a tripod so I built one out of lego which did not have a tight grip on the camera. But I recently got a webcam so I should be able to do stop motion videos with a stable camera now.

WhiteFang, glad that you know the reference. I am fond of that book. I probably should have explained it more in the video though. Thanks Jebediahs. It's going to take a while before I finish the next episode though.

Episode 1 Chaos

Loosely inspired by Romance of the Three Kingdoms so some ideas will be borrowed. But I will be using Lego factions such as Crown Knights and later on Dragon Knights, Lion Knights, Trolls, Dwarves, Undead, whatever I can scrounge up. I guess this acts as a preview. Not sure what kind of format I want the films to be. Whether episodes with a continuous storyline, or just random unrelated scenes. Will be a mixed bag. Sometimes it will be dialogue heavy, other times it will be mostly action. Future releases will be longer obviously. I will make a new post in this thread as I make more videos in this series.

People seem to not read beyond the first post. Well I am almost out of these anyway. I only have the Advent Calendar, Knights Showdown, Prison Rescue Carriage. Later on King's Castle and Prison Tower Rescue when I buy those. And going to take a break soon.

Wow that is just amazing. Glad Lego created the Spartan minifig. Combined with popularitiy of 300 I expect to see many awesome MOC's. I hope this encourages TLG to make a Ancient Greece line.

I mostly like ancient, and medieval ages. Not interested in any themes taking place after that though. Well not yet so far.

Tried my best to make it entertaining considering its an impulse set.

Yea I was almost afflicted with the collecting minifig syndrome where I wanted to buy hordes of Golden Knights but then I realized all that money spent on the Golden Knights could buy me several sets which could in theory create amazing MOC's which is much more impressive than an army of "rare" minifigs. Now I just need to work on making good MOC's and I am golden. For the Kingdoms set I was tempted to get more than 1 copy of each but I will stick to get 1 copy only. If the collectible minfiigs were not random, I fear I might have ordered a ton of Spartans which no doubt would have lead to disappointment later on.

Actually the catapult was a tight fit so I was able to move it without it falling. But cases where it is not tight and falls easily I would skip that animation (lol) or use tape to hold it up and edit out the tape. And thanks to everyone for the praise.

If you have Windows 7, Windows Live Movie Maker is a lot better than Microsoft Movie Maker.
