  1. Video if that's okay. If not, a mod can delete the topic. The gundam model kit is there for scale purposes. And if you want to watch version 1.0 (crappy) here is the link to the .
  2. They look incredible.
  3. That looks amazing.
  4. The advent calendar looks amazing.
  5. This set is amazing. Wish they made more historical themes like Ninja. And Vikings, and etc.
  6. I like the pre modern themes. So right now Prince of Persia and Kingdoms. And all upcoming future pirates, castle and similar hemes.
  7. They look incredible. Keep up the good work.
  8. Ultimately the minifigs. Since I am too lazy and paranoid to order from BrickLink and Ebay for minifigs. That means minifigs will only be around to me for a short while. And a shelf can fit more minifigs than sets. So I will get one of the set for the set. And if its inexpensive, I will get at least another for the minifigs.
  9. Will civilians are like peasants and merchants.
  10. I will get at least 2 I think. Create a small battlemage corps.
  11. Nice looking set. I will buy one of them.
  12. Price Discrimination Anyway, Well all of the sets have amazing price/piece ratios except Desert Attack but that is essentially a battlepack. So if Prince of Persia does continue it will probably become expensive? =(.
  13. Now that I have built all five sets. is my favorite set. It's amazing, 80USD and 821 pieces. Barely any BURP's. The walls are okay I guess, but the gate is great and the palace is amazing. Also enjoyed the Alamut Guard minifigs. I wish they made them in the cheaper sets. is better than I expected. It didn't look that great at first, but after I built it, I thought the set was amazing. I really like the wall with the lions heads, and the sands of time mountain part is cool too. Also a high piece count for its price. is also great. I like this the second best. I like the whole market look, plus the camel and saddle. is okay I guess. It's main selling point for me was the ostriches and the "civilian" minifigs. is a nice battlepack type set. The desert structure was unappealing but I am sure everyone is only interested in the Hassasins, and new printed horse. If this set came with Alamut Guard I would have bought at least 10 of them. Overall, the Prince of Persia line has nice architecture, good price/piece ratio, and amazing Here's hoping Prince of Persia theme gets more waves in the future.
  14. I am sure most of us is aware that the Star Wars Battle Packs being cheaper than Castle/Pirates Battle Packs minus the one minifig and extra bricks to make some turret/vehicle. And Ambush in Cairo, Army Men on Patrol and Desert Attack are sort of like Battle Packs. So I bought Battle of Alamut and this set is amazing. But its 80USD and has 821 pieces and isn't riddled with BURPs. That's like 20USD cheaper than say Troll Mountain Fortress or King's Castle Siege and has even more pieces. Seems like Licensed sets are cheaper for the consumer despite being more expensive for TLG.
  15. Well I was impressed with The Fight for the Dagger and Battle of Alamut because of the Middle Eastern architecture. Quest Against Time has a nice dungeon filled with traps. Ostrich Race and Desert Attack aren't that great but have nice minifigs and animals.
  16. Well I own all of the minifigs. But that's because there are only 5 sets out and I bought each one. That's my first complete minifig collection. I intend on getting all of the minifigs for Lego Kingdoms, unless they do something like an expensive chess set like for Fantasy Era with exclusive minifigs.
  17. The set is already out?
  18. Well I bought 1 Battle of Alamut and Quest Against Time, and 2 copies of Desert Attack, Ostrich Race and Fight for the Dagger. Here's hoping the prince of persia set sales will encourage Lego to make more middle eastern themed sets. Whether they be licensed or unlicensed.
  19. No love for the Persian helmet? Here's hoping they make more persian warriors in the future. Licensed or not doesn't matter.
  20. I like the great helm. I intend on purchasing many Kingdom sets. The great helms are a plus. This will be my first chance to collect a Castle theme in its entirety. I was a fan of lego as a child, but only got back recently right when most of the Fantasy Era sets were no longer available. But I got around 20 dwarves and 30 trolls so I should be good with that if never never release fantasy sets again. Now I get to mass collect human minifigs.
  21. Look great. Too bad they don't have those pieces at Shop at Home pick a brick.
  22. I can definitely see myself getting 5 wizards. Make a small battlemage corps, and the beard/minifig head can be great for other minifigs. Specifically the mini head.
  23. And I received a package today hooray. And a bonus video of me smiling for 1 second.
  24. This set is too good, I am ordering a second copy.
  25. I cleaned my room a bit and there is a short glimpse of my face preserving it in its 2 week unshaved glory.
