I was looking at the AT-ST and Imperial Tank and the vehicles appear to both have similar hatches which Lego's models have. A 4x4 round studded tile with a 2x2 one stud or smooth tile and both vehicles have this. However The AT-ST model's seems designed so that only the circle hinges open where as the tank seems to incorporate the trap door technique from the FO transporter. If I am correct in my observations then why did lego incorporate a clearly inferior hatch on the tank and a better one on the AT-ST? Why not make it the same on both?

Im just hoping if ot stormies get hip printing it blends with the current stormies that way we can retroactively upgrade our collections.

I noticed Krennic's shuttle is in the trailer and Lego seems to have done a fairly great job at getting the model accurate. The only difference is the film shuttle appears to have a more prominent landing ramp.

I agree, although i'm not as excited as I was for TFA (Lets be honest that's 10 years of no SW movies building up), this could be much better. TFA was good but this is somehow more intriguing... Trailer just dropped! The film looks so awesome! I'm definitely taking a small break from new legos for a while, doing both at the same time is far too expensive

As much as I want yoga's hut this is so ridiculous I desperately want to see how Lego would make it The cockpit is literally a sphere, the set could be full of tons of useful parts. This might be a definite buy for me!

With Rogue One there is no way they wouldnt release the DS before the film UNLESS something really unlucky happened in manufacturing or during the design process. This is the film soley about the death star, this is the time to release it not in six months where hype for the movie will have died down.

I have been on the fence about reading it. Is it good? I was pretty satisfied with the ending of Deathly Hallows and how everything is going to work out in their future, does this mess that rose tinted view up?

I forsee (predict) Duel of the Fates being the spiritual successor of the Final Duel. Several small vignettes combining to make the whole. Would not be surprised to see a naboo guard, maybe even the kind they havent made yet (the red stripey leather dudes).

I wish I could go since I live right in the area, but I have to work overtime Especially between ACPin's massive displays and Raskolnikov bringing a star destroyer. Armada may have become a new obsession. We won't go into details but I may have spent my budget for the Rogue One wave of Lego. I rarely spend money on anything besides Lego but I just bought every ship they've made so far and it's worth it. FFG have the most gorgeous Star Wars ship models I have seen for that price point. If you are a star wars fan and really want a star destroyer model I highly recommend getting the Armada Imperial Class from Amazon for $30.

I guess my point is theres never any way to know if theyre official or a leak until a day later like what just happened. To play it safe and to ensure you have the photos of the sets always save them onto whatever device you use. That way you can view them on the off chance that the photos are taken down

If you didnt save the photos to your computer or phone immediately then that is your fault. Lego's rigidty at releasing photos is nothing new. I dont say that to be mean but this is the cycle we go through with every wave. ALWAYS save photos until you know for sure they are offical and not just leaks.
