  1. You should make a whole town out of this and claim hss credits
  2. I actually know the drow form baldurs gate II, great game then ...
  3. We actually don't grab land like greedy Avalonians do, but you may place your villiage or town whereever you'd like to. @jakon: looking promising!
  4. lookin' great, maybe I should post another wip pic too
  5. @CH: I'm not forcing people to buy my perspective, it's just my idea of what a cool mediavel ships could look like. And me refferring to Game of Thrones (Dragons, Ice Walls, Mammoths, White Walkers ... ) should tell you that after all not that keen on certain things.
  6. November wouldn't be too cool as I will be at the Brickmania event in Antwerpen
  7. Hammer is actually Avalonia but there will be more Mitgardian ships I'm sure, can't wait for Janatale to finish his big project @TUB: I just checked Skyrim pics and I have to say they don't really convince me. I'd much rather prefer GoT ships as inspiration, much more realistic and detailed
  8. yep, I should change that I guess
  9. they pretty much just used the rudder pin below decks (cog of Bremen):
  10. Although there surely aint no single Mitgardian shivering in their shanties, I still have to say that I like this. Good job of including the dino in this, wouldn't have thought that possible.
  11. you may also go for dm's shield technique, should work with these too, once you get the handle in.
  12. Or as Eric Grimmson would have it in his best days: Say No to Drow. Unfurtunately nobody listened to him when he ran for PM on that platform, and now you can see the results.
  13. @Sigolf: Now, that should be easy. You can simply use those technic pins that are half round pin and half technic axle. You put the the round end into a one hole technic brick and stick the shields to the other side. @TUB: you wanna make sure your parents allow you to trade via bricklink!
  14. That is a very lovely cog. Good to see you're making use of that oil that got dumped here at our doorsteps! I'd take off the steering wheel though, that wasn't invented until late into the 18th century.
  15. that's a really cool moc hammer. I especially love the interior! Only thing that's kinda odd is that the fact that the roof comes in flush with the wall, I'd have it overhang by one.
  16. that totally depends on the shields you are using, I'd have several ideas in mind
  17. That sound great MK, slowly but surely trying to become the next mocing machine, aren't you ...
  18. This is a really great moc! So many great details, such amazing craft. However, the rim is really the icing on the cake, love it!
  19. Thanks for all the postive feedback, glad you guys like it! As for the playability, Sebeus didn't cover the entire module with transparent plates, so you can reach in. The cave is also accesible. And yes, at least on my side the water is surprisingly sturdy.
  20. Some very interesting design features on display here. That cannon is absolutely perfect. Wonder why people don't comment on this.
  21. I really have to say that this has got to be my favourite. Love everything about it. Well done you two!
  22. A lot of cool ideas, like the openable fort or the modularized lighthouse, great stuff guys!
  23. Very nice ship, and pretty cool cliff design. I like it!
  24. We have a culture of tale telling that looks back at a several century old tradition, we have used runes to write things down for a while, we have sailors who are more knowledgeable, daring and advanced than anyone else and we have herb folk who know how to cook a medicine from every little grass root, ... Yet those stuck up Kaliphlins feel like they have invented culture ... ridiculous! As for the drow, we sure are going to kick the hell out of their butts, which is something we've been doing since the beginning of book I. Proof: This painting was taken in a time, when Mpya Stedor still actively traded with the drow! So who's to say we're chickening out? Make sure you got all Kaliphlin against the drow. Last time I visited Mpya Stedor in November (at the BMA) I saw two LEGO cups full of transparent plates ready to be shiped to Angeli!
