  1. Well, sorry to inform you but to my practical knowledge as I said earlier elsewhere: this simply won't work as you intend to with "normal" model that has some "complicated" rotation (for example I rotate the model tiself in LDD not the LDD view) angles all around + you do not mention anywhere how did you get the right angle and position of the second brick cos if you simply place them side by side and then change its angle with help of, for example, brick 3937+3938 to simulate 3298's angle the brick will move up a bit that is not in any standard LDD value, like 1u, or 1/3u so how do you get it right then...? And there are other problems also I will mention later...but first: can you answer my question above? + also you links require having Yahoo account so no go with that for me, ah. UPDATE: Maybe because you did not say how to apply the rotation (maybe you did in those Yahoo links that are unreachable for me, I don't know), I was rotating the second brick from back underneath pins, but when I rotate it from front underneath pins the position is OK now...I rather go and play with it and reply later to avoid any misunderstanding + meantime you could actually update/change those Yahoo links in case there is everything explained cos this way one without Yahoo account have to simply try with erors
  2. Sweet Kissy Rupert is my hero of the day cos person with such a head must be a...a person with the skewed head and red glow above maybe? Love it, haha! Also Rebootstrap Bill is fine...
  3. I like its modularity giving you a lot of possible combinations + if one develop himself his own "parts" (walls, halls, rooms etc.) utilizing this kind of "connecting method" then you have one universal build where all of us could participate...very good idea and nicely built.
  4. Right! Now this is almost exactly what I was saying a few posts above, excellently put my friend - I am with you on this fully!
  5. Haha, strangely nice and unique concept, like combination of Aquasharks and Blacktron II...still not sure if it is more pirate ship or space villains one? Anyway it is great, as I always enjoy seeing designs that are using bricks in almost absurd combination cos to me that looks superb (in case it is used wisely,,of course ).
  6. Sorry, I didn't yet... So do I understand it right it is your own collection? Cos if so maybe I have got something similar to yours as I have all LEGO space sets ever build except like 10 sets (main reason: I have no place left for them, ah! ), soooooo...congrats to that big collection of yours!
  7. No problem, as I said very good indeed. BTW what is that LEGO installation I see there in the picture? Looks quite huge.
  8. Your usage of "my beloved CS part" trans-yellow hose and trans-neon green long antena is quite unique, I never saw it used like that...perfect + colors used are also interesting (trans-yellow and trans-neon green side by side)!
  9. #691513 Drone Transporter by bublible - LXF
  10. It looks very good to me + I like how you managed all those interior computer decors, very well done!
  11. ...and here is a hypothetical LEGO box for this MOC: Model modularity: Find out more on set's official webpage: http://lego.queryen....691513.php?j=en You can see it also at MOC Pages here: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/410344 LEGO Ideas direct link (please, give it your support there if you really like it...thanx):
  12. Eyes made of trans-green bottles and brown wooden barrels are...very unique and funny, haha - super!
  13. Hmm, that being said: wouldn't be better for TLG themselves to release the src code of LDD for the public so it can grow forward by the LEGO AFOL community itself, just like MLCAD? I simply just wonder cos that would somehow quite automatically solve many if not all the problems/new feature requests as programmers in the community could implement it...
  14. AAha! I was mistaken cos it looks like some decoration beneath those round 1x1 bricks...nice
  15. Well, it won't be that easy as you also have to change X angle so that its decorations (its upper sloped part) is aligned with the original brick (exactly as seen in your 1st picture). Now imagine situation when there is a brick j or even more bricks that need to be edited - rotated in all 3 angles, quite difficult I guess but for simpler tasks it could work somehow... Also one needs to play with .pov file which is auto-generated everytime you run a render via LDD2Povray, so that said: you may play all day long with it and then accidentally run LDD2Povray rendering and...you know what - you loose all your changes, and then your head explodes in several rounds one after another.
  16. Now that's even more epic
  17. Thanx
  18. Well, that is quite good little MOC + I see you are probably from Italy or Ireland, right (green-white-red tricolore on the MOC)? And, BTW: very good name for the MOC...hmm and that being said: it sounds kind of "italish" to me so I guess you are from Italy, I'm I right?
  19. Sorry posting it in a wrong forum again...ah - so thanx for your help transfering my question to the right one. And as for the LDD2Povray possible sollution: unfortunatelly there is none, cos LDD2Povray can replace ONLY ALREADY DECORABLE BRICKS from LDD, so I am affraid we have to wait till next LDD update (cos I do not consider Photoshoping as "workaround" )
  20. Any plans for the 2x3/25° slope brick #3298 being decorable in the next LDD update? I am asking cos I am doing a lot of CS builds these days that need #3298p90 (the notorious one with the golden moon pattern)
  21. simply beautiful!
  22. Thanx a lot for you kind words. In fact there already are like 13 other more or less finished models (bases, vehicles, spaceships, smaller crafts etc.) only for this year alone (not saying there are others from previous 2 years ), it is just that I still play with the lighting and background (you know: to achieve acceptable output for the smallest amount of time possible...neverending quest ) so it take quite time for me to actually put here finished ones, but I am trying
  23. Aha! Thanx for the info, I didn't know that...
  24. hmm, I did not know that LDD decors contains also the famous "golden moon pattern"? Can you tell which DecorationID it is?
