Good work ! It is sleek, and has a good flow. Well done ! I prefer the "classic" version though : - white / dark red - smaller cannons. Will you consider a standard A-Wing using your design ?

Mortesv's UCS Nebulon-B Medical Frigate INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE
Anio replied to Cjd223's topic in LEGO Star Wars
You forgot one very basic thing : my point is that this is up to the buyer, not the seller. And that is why I sell most of my instructions at a very low price. Anyway. I wish you all the best in your enterprise. :) -

[REVIEW] 42056 - Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Anio replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I built it carefull. Certainely more carefully than all kids will do. The set has huge problems. Note that, as predicted, the set is postponed. You can not buy it on s@h (at least in my country). -
[REVIEW] 42056 - Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Anio replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I think it is way simpler than that. On my copy, gears get stuck in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear, because of massive frictions. Mechanisms work fine only with 4th gear. The white clutch enable the user to still push the car and drive it with any gear, without hearing huge creaks inside the model. -
42056 - Porsche Speculation

Time will tell. With reviews from Jim, Sariel, me, and maybe some other people on June 1st, I am sure everyone will be able to figure out if the model fits his expectations. :) 4 more days. :) (Charlesw, no problem with the roof. it is strong enough) -

42056 - Porsche Speculation
Anio replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
It appears to me that the problems of 42056 are much deeper than the problem of the neck of Wall-E or the LA's from 8043. To work properly, 42056 would require some major redesign on many aspects. In that regard, I emailed TLG a few days ago, advising them to postpone the release of the set. The Technic team got my message and is probably looking into the model to see what is wrong. I got no feedback from them at the moment. In any case, there are many Lego Ambassadors here on EB. If TLG decides something about 42056, I am sure you will know it very quickly. Just stay tuned. :) -

You'd better to wait a bit.Just my 2 cents. -

I built the model and I do not consider this as a pitfall. It appears that the model suffers of other major pitfalls. So big that I am still wondering if it is not me. I am in touch with some guys (Jim, Sariel, answer me !!!) who built the model too, and I hope to hear from them very soon. I prefer not to say too much in public about it for now. Cause if I am wrong, then I would look like an idiot. If I am right, it is better to wait for the reviews, to explain the problems with photos. -

I looked at the inventory in the instruction : there is no orange 9L beam in the model. -

Yep. And I am really puzzled with this. :/ -
Yes, I really try my best to give a nice building process. I consider it to be as important as the final model itself. Regarding the AT-TE, it is not a simple build. Really not. But the instruction made by Frousmoul is very clear and helpful. The only advise I would give is to use some kind of support when you are about to attach the legs. That will make things much easier. Otherwise, everything should be ok. :)

[MOC] UCS Nebulon-b frigate (by Dranac, feat. onecase))
Anio replied to Dranac's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Great MOC ! I like how you found a good balance between many parameters : size, details, part count, stability, sturdiness, etc. Bravo ! :) -
Thanks. Sadly, the parts you mentionned had to be painted. :/

Thank you all ! I think the Town Hall is also my favorite building. :) Ok, I will do that. :D

Yes, they are all my design. Regarding the train, I am surprised how well received it is. I mean, it is not that impressive. Well, it may be funny. :) Sure. Espace Saint Jacques 14 rue de la Sellerie 02100 Saint Quentin FRANCE From Tuesday to Sunday, 14h-18h, till June 19th.

Hi, I can not say that I am much into politics, etc, but here is another building I did : the Elysée Palace (Palais de l'Elysée in French). This is where the President of France lives. It is a 20,500 element building. You can even see François Hollande on the red carpet. :D (well, I am still unsure if it is him as the tie of the minifigure is straight and centered haha haha haha) Elysée Palace by Régis Gamba, sur Flickr Elysée Palace by Régis Gamba, sur Flickr Elysée Palace by Régis Gamba, sur Flickr Elysée Palace by Régis Gamba, sur Flickr Elysée Palace by Régis Gamba, sur Flickr Hope you like it. :) Régis
