I think it's pretty cute. Useful for those who want lots of the elf hair for a cheap price. Nice find.

That isn't an official date. That's just a fanpage. I can assure you that LEGO The Simpsons isn't coming January 1st, and if it's for the US, Hero Factory is already confirmed for March 1st.

This is interesting... From Barnes and Nobles, for the tenth graphic novel: Will the Summer sets, if there are any, include a gray ninja? Also, where's Zane and Lloyd? At least Nya is there, so we're even more likely to get her in the Summer wave.

That set list seems to be a fake. It appeared on Reddit from a guy who's friend told him about it. He said they were coming in January 2014 in the UK. Interestingly enough though, the guy on Reddit posted a few set pictures early, so maybe he was a legit source but the sets got cancelled. I don't see the list being true though, as All About Bricks and Nerdly dismissed the list.

For the moment being, yes, it's the only set we're getting. No other sets appeared in the catalog besides a placeholder for the House set. They can include that version in the House set as it adds exclusive variation- I'd say the same is happening with Ned.

I made a few points here: But, 'deskp' has a good counter-point... So who knows for sure. Like I always say, only time will tell.

I'm sure the CMF version (which I don't think this Homer is) will have the short sleeves, so would you buy a The Simpsons Minifigures pack for $3 just to get Homer with the short sleeves? I'm just curious, that's all.

Lego Minifigure things they can improve?

Speaking of which, I really hope The Simpsons line will bring moveable small legs. It's necessary for couch gags on Lisa and Bart! -
Fantastic review! I'm just getting into these Hero Factory figures, and this one isn't my favorite mech. The $15 price point is a little too steep for me, so I'll most likely pass on this. The March 1st release date for the United States is odd though- what's up with that?

Yeah, it is real. It was given away with Top Gear magazine in 2012.

Good point, but then again, the House set is a D2C set, at least in Europe. But who knows for sure, and like I always say- only time will tell. Since I purchased this Homer and the new Ned, we'll be able to tell really soon based on whether their torsos are made in China or not (judging by the indent on the neck).

Paid Membership with perks? Any interest?

Only one advertisement has annoyed me in my nearly five years on the site- it was that darn Life Lock ad that opens up in another tab. Then again, it just did that for a week. Advertisements have never annoyed me here, and I don't use adblock. I'm not sure I would pay to use Eurobricks, to be honest. If there's special perks or what not, I'd really be curious to see them, but still. -
Saw Thor: The Dark World on Saturday... meh. It was much worse than I expected. I was bored at parts, and the villain and stingers were a total disappointments. Still, the action scenes were pretty cool. C.

Glad you like him now! Okay, here's my hypothesis... This is not the CMF version but the version that will appear in the House set (along with the complete Ned). This is all speculation, but like I've said before, CMFs rarely leak on eBay. Heck, they've never leaked from lilibetho or lego*dudes (the person who is selling this). Even more to support this is the fact that this isn't the most recognizable Homer variation (same can be said with Ned). His main appearance is with his regular collar shirt and wide-open eyes. LEGO was nice enough to put some variation on previous figures in the D2C House set- like they did with Orthanc. So we end up with this Homer and that Ned. Now, with that being said, the CMF packs are still going to be awesome because now we're guaranteed to get those halfish-collar arms if they're here!

Thanks, and welcome to Eurobricks! Did you order these from the Toys"R"Us website, or from in store?

Yes! You guys like him. That's great. I really want these to sell so we can get more sets! And yes, The Simpsons House is the only set we can expect for 2014 besides LEGO Minifigures - The Simpsons Series. Okay, I got settled... Here's the eBay link! Sorry for not posting it earlier.

I've been out all day, but that's from lego*dudes eBay. I bought one earlier. I'll link to it when I come home.

Great packaging on the polybag, too. Love that design. I loved it with the Lake-Town Chase set, and it translates well onto the polybag.

I want the Jungle one a little bit more. I heard the Dessert is mostly just a pyramid and stuff. Jungle is said to be much more mysterious, and we haven't gotten much Jungle LEGO stuff lately. Go vote here! -

Nice spot on the video game code. LEGO Minifigures - The LEGO Movie Series, which I'm guessing is what you mean by Series 12, is listed right online here.- 2,626 replies
