    A guide dog can be any colour and they are all good boys and girls. I think it would be great if LEGO included more accessibility architecture in sets. A wheelchair ramp access, maybe an accessible vehicle.

    I think the Lando thing would have forever been a no-win situation. Keep the character figure yellow? That is bad, he is portrayed by a man of African Descent so you should have the right skin colour! Do use a "real" skin tone (as real as any LEGO fleshtone can be) like they did? That destroys the Neutral Yellow idea (or excuse), there has been much recent criticism of the old "Indian" figures from the wild west themes (again a product of their time. We cannot retcon history, only re-contextualise and admit our mistakes' learn from them and improve the future.) and some of the quite alarming old Basketball figures. (Those are some bad choices in design, I mean, yeesh...) I still prefer yellow figures. The people of the LEGO world are blocky and out or proportion to be true human analogues. The increase in fleshtones and their availability means there is more variety available, but I am just as happy to have a usefully printed head in Green, or red, or blue.

It is a mixture of needing to prevent scammers/spammers accessing the section to rip others off, and a chance for genuine people to have built up a reputation as someone who is not a short-term scam artist.     Hmm. Interesting thing. I do hope it generates some exciting submissions as I love to see a god Fantasy build. I think this thread will have more audience in Historic Themes, as that is the home to the swords and the sorcery.

    Time marches on, we get new responsibilities and less energy... Thanks for running it, for coming up with the whole idea. It was fun to play again. I know at the end I was pretty checked out. Between getting muddled up on how the grid worked and work piling new responsibilities onto me, I had barely time to more than check in on my staff stuff here on EB. So again, thanks for all the work you put into it and for the fun times once again.

    After a hiatus we will be returning to the Winter Village in 2022! Come and have a chat here.

    It has been a while since we last visited the Winter Village. In December we will return for a new Contest! The theme and rules will be revealed in December.

    It will be interesting to find out, that dinosaur head was nifty. I am one of the few who enjoyed the Vidiyo theme for its colours and characters even if I was never engaged with any app stuff.

    Most other brands look a little cloudy, that has been my experience with mimic parts.

    As awesome as all this is, I think SciFi might be a better fit? I don't mind either way, it is your call here as there is a fine line between the themes in SciFi and here in A&A. Regardless, fab builds, cool characters. Thanks for sharing it

    If you had seen my post in the 2022 thread you would know that I asked for a new thread to be created as the old one was started off on the back of a Lie/Prank. I wanted to ensure that was left alone and the old false information and discussion on it kept closed. Keeping an old thread going that had troublesome content only means people will keep hauling up the fake leaks from the start, or derailing discussion on to the topic of pranksters and liars. Though I know people are eager to catch staff out in a "mistake"

    That plastic makes me think Tyco. The yellow matches some bricks I have and the fact it has not aged the same way as LEGO and Mega... Hmmm, I might have to dig some more.

    "Fire in the hole!" Aysu aimed and fired, the sooner she got out of here, the better. The while place had started to freak her out way too much. Thoughts of being part of the collection if everything went wrong, flickered through her head.
