"I never heard of 'em until this mission but I am up to seeing what mayhem I can cause." Aysu was still sore about the mimics, she had hoped to find more of her kind coming to Heroica, but not like that.

Isn't it great how so many of us have a Bob. I couldn't even say how or why we decided on Bob as the name for that generic print, but Bob he was.

Not going to complain about more Women in LEGO. I remember the days I used a permi-pen to add ringlets onto a classic Sunglasses head to make Bobette. My sister and I called figures with this head Bob. A hasty scribble of hair onto the head and we had Bobette and she was a pivotal character in our games. I think I will have to find Bobette in my figures again...

Wowsers, this is a thread bump. Might be an idea to avoid this kind of necromancy -
"We are working our way through the place." Aysu smiled. "From what I have seen, I hope we can shut this whole place down."

Aysu saw that there was no battle just yet, so she entered the room. "So friend, you are a friend right?" She asked, moving on without waiting for an answer. "Should we get you out yeah?" Aysu examined the containment vessel for a way to safely free the prisoner.

Hmmmm. Not Exactly KFC or McDonalds, not even Subway... Weird gap to have.

Standing at the door jamb, Aysu hoped that she was hidden enough to be a surprise if a battle started. Of course, if we are already all assumed in the room, no worries!

I worked in local government Highways Engineering, I have a University/College level qualification in Civil Engineering. Currently, I have a Fork-Truck operator licence (got to renew it this month) and a Hi-Vis Jacket that I must wear in work (Pinkish-red, as I am also a Fire Marshal for the building) so, yah, Women do these jobs and can be represented doing these jobs. In fact, the figure that is Emmet's colleague at the building site was a very good representation of me at work! Also Fast Food nearly everywhere! Have we ever had a Fast Food LEGO set that was an actual fast food chain?

Yup, I could fully delete them for a while but now the issue that had prevented it has come back in. This is why EB advises you use an external image host and then deeplink images @madmordiggin

"Hold on boys, just slipping into something a little safer, eh?" Aysu kitted out in the Plasma Chain Shirt, with the armour equipped, she was ready to take on whatever was coming.

"Hm, gotta make room. Hang on, I'm always snacky!" Aysu finished up the chicken leg, a little extra protein would never hurt. "and I guess this is pretty naff." Taking out the Laser Phaser it was very shoddy. "Let me just make it useless, don't want anyone using it on us!" Examining the weapon, Aysu attempted to render it inert.

"I need a snack after all that..." Aysu munched on the baguette.

Lego City 2022 Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion
Peppermint_M replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
Meanwhile, here I am wishing figures looked more like those familiar to me, Paramedics in Green, construction workers with Neon yellow jackets (Orange is for Railway Working, not anything else!!) Police in black with their hi-vis also. Heck, I would like a lot more neon-yellow Hi Vis, it is the standard for all situations that require safety gear and my own safety gear for over 12 years now. The closest I had was the one year of coastguard, so not especially useful with all the logos on, seeing as I was working in Highways, now working logistics and warehousing. (Wear the jacket or risk collision from the fork truck ) At least UK rail fans can have an orange army to rival Network Rail though! -

"Ouch, thanks for that." Aysu shook her shoulders a little to limber up. She petted the goldfeather, a little. "With these goggles, I might be able to spot that guy." Aysu tried to perceive where the chimeran was.
