Eurobricks member Ratbat has made a great review of the new 7116 Tahu!
-
They're mainly Castle themed (and had their own minifig-scale as well), and Ben 10 is mainly licensed themed. Once we know more about the new line we will decide were it goes, but if it uses ball-and-sockets, mainly Bionicle pieces and has a mystical robotic feel to it, it will most likely come here.

There are no plans of removing Bionicle from this forum, and I assume there will still be interest for it even after the story finishes. As for the replacement, it will most likely go here, but we don't know enough about it yet. If it turns out to be Space Police IV action figures, we might fit it into the Sci-Fi forum. But don't worry, I don't know anything about a massive theme overhaul here in the future.

What is this madness!? It's not even Christmas yet! Oh, and links: MP3 Lyrics Poster

Bink and Faber forever.

Could be, but if that's the case I would've thought that the MUGS would be portrayed as destructive, not the magnificent that it was in The Rising. Thanks for the preview Nightmare, but where did you find that image?
-
I think it was only the Tarix mask, which was enough proof for never trying it again.

That was me, but that Moc is still WIP. (It's been 75% finished for months now. ) But really, there wasn't much space for two feet. I might try that - thanks for the suggestion!
-
Omi - Do it! I want Pink in Bionicle too, but the fact is that we can't make a Toa of Psionics with the current pieces or without excessive use of System. The only pink Technic piece is a large gear.
-
Purple isn't the best, but at least it's possible for MOCing. IMO it shouldn't have Blue, because Lightning has been confirmed as white and blue, leaving Psionics the only female element able to not include blue in the colour scheme.
-
Erebus suggested it to Greg with a past quote from him saying it could be an element, and he accepted it. Psionics is now a new female element that includes powers such as mind control, telekinesis, memory manipulation, telepathy, etc. And half of BZP seems to think that making the element pink would be a good idea. No respect for the Mocists I say.

Orange Rhino Bird A small bird known for its constant appetite and spiky orange plumage. I made this MOC a while ago (and sent it to BrickCon in October), but I've only just gotten round to photographing them properly now.

Eurobricks member Front brings us a fantastic review of the new 7137 Piraka!

Looking closer at the first picture, you can see that the Skrall has those blended green Av-arms. Tahu and Gresh also have them, which Tahu's blending to black to mimic the black shoulders of his original form. It's such a shame that it didn't continue to the final set. Does anyone have a suggestion for why not though?
-
Thanks for sharing this Front! I really like the new spine on this set, although I've yet to get it myself. The way it says similar to the original pieces while avoiding the no-white teeth issue and Agori scale is great! You may not be the person to ask, but it seems like the Bionicle team has been doing fans a favour by making the Agori body parts in as many different colours as possible. With the Stars, we have a large amount more of different coloured torsos and limbs, letting us make a wide variety of Agori, kind of like the old Mctoran + Bohrok Va feet.

Eck, should've come on earlier. Thanks for sorting yourselves out though, PMing personal discrepancies is the better way to go. Omicron - There is still an interest in Bionicle from the older BZP fans, and there is also an interest from general AFOLs. As a S@H exclusive and mainly System set, it might not do badly if TLC can make a giant robot model appeal to both of the above audiences. McSmeag - Would you be the person to discuss with BZP's policy against petitions? I see that you were following the policy when you closed it, but I don't see how BZP believes that it's involvement with this particular campaign is a bad thing. -
Ask if the Golden Hau is part of the armour specifically, eg if Kopaka collected the amour instead of Tahu, would the mask still be a Hau? Although slightly late, there are pictures of the Stars in the preliminary catalog here and here in case anyone is interested. It's sad to think that they're the last Bionicle leaks we'll see.

Yes please!

Don't worry, the prizes will be revealed, otherwise winners won't be able to do swaps. (Well, they could, but...) It's just still a secret right now...

I've sent some PMs about it, so hopefully I'll find out their reasons soon. It is disappointing, but I do have the data from the polls before they were cleaned. -
...shhh secret...

See, that's a great example of a new emoticon, although I'm not sure that that one is safe to use...It would breed like bunnies in the Star Wars and Bionicle forum. (What we really need is a new scared emoticon, because doesn't cut it for absolute terror...)

That's what the polls here and on BZP were for, to show that there is a market (both Bionicle fans and general AFOLs) for this. Regardless of BZP, I'll keep trying here and hope for the best.
