Oh, that's absolutely fantastic. Printed shields are so much better. That way, they're legitimately collectible.

We've already seen official images, but they weren't released officially. It's likely that they'll show up soon for the public.

No, her name will be Tribal Woman to avoid making her seem like too young a mother. But yeah, avoid that term Mentally, I equate it with "wench" being used for any other woman. Not necessarily intended to be, but both carry negative connotations. Why does everyone wonder if the tutu is cloth? It's clearly a solid rubber or plastic. Cloth wouldn't be able to keep that specific shape. I'm glad the Queen will be so easy to find.

While the shape of the plastic sheets are better, I might just use these wings on Hawkman instead. Even though I don't adore this series like I did for past ones, it seems like the most useful ones yet released, and thus, prompting me to buy multiple copies of almost every figure.

So this time, we have three figures with multiple new molds, the Animal Control, Satyr, and Shark Costume Guy. I'm going to guess right now that the Scary Knight's personality is that he wants to be a hero, but his intimidating appearance makes everyone think he's a bad guy.

Hmm. I think it'd be too skimpy-looking on a yellow torso, even if ballet outfits are typically light. She looks too cheerful to pull it off. Perhaps if she looked more coldly pretty.

I don't think yellow is a classic image for a ballerina costume, usually one thinks of pink or white. Besides, we've seen a cool-yellow outfit on a yellow fig before, and it's less than attractive.

Just noticed the medium azure hands, nice! Also, I wonder if the Satyr will have be able to attach to studs while seated. His feet can't accomodate the necessary hole, but perhaps his butt will?

Those are great! Okay, I think I've figured out my list of purchases. Satyr: Even if I didn't have all of the previous mythological characters, I'd still want him. Jewel Thief: Great hair, useful character. Classic Queen: Nice design, nice parts. May need three, as the family has a shared collection of England-themed figures and I want the parts as well as a full figure. Laser Robot: I can't say no, even if I wanted something better. Winged Warrior: This guy is just so majestic and cool. Good for my fantasy collection. Scary Knight: Depending on his face print, I may want two, but one will be good for parts. Janitor: I like him, and he'll be nice in one of my modulars. Ballerina: Don't know what to do with her, but she appeals to me in a way I can't explain. Shark Suit Guy: I wanted to pass on him, but he's grown on me. He's sort of cute, and has nice colors. Wrestler: Only one, for the hair and the cheapest way to get the trophy. Tribal Woman: Maybe one for the baby and another one of that hairpiece. So I think I might be getting most of them. I might get the Clumsy Guy and Animal Control for the character and skunk, but the poorly-designed crutches and the boring officer are making me hesitate. I have no use or interest for the Kendo Fighter, Astronaut, or Farmer.

For CMF collecting, I focus on: * Sci-Fi: Aliens, robots, and sometimes astronauts * Fantasy: Magical characters, fairy tales, and Castle characters ** Mythology * Horror/Monsters However, I will usually pick up a unique or useful City figure like the Jewel Thief, Janitor, and Ballerina, and sometimes the odd novelty figure. I tend to avoid sports, though. So this is a pretty good series for me. Again, nothing I'm drooling over, but still some good figures to add to my collection.

The feet are also clearly rounded like hooves. They're definitely a new pair of legs. I just want a good picture of them!

I know. It sounds better, but the spelling is worse.

Nintendo has amiibo, its own toys-to-life integration system across several games, and another building toy, K'Nex, has the Super Mario license.

Hm...that Scary Knight's face seems to have promise. The Laser Robot's face looks like Lord Business's visor, so I'll need to see the rest on both faces to decide.

Yeah, I agree. If this were a normal Castle theme, the mace would be guaranteed, but seeing Macy's weapon...no.

Top three? Probably Classic Queen, Satyr, and Ballerina. The Jewel Thief, Winged Warrior, and Laser Robot aren't far behind. Least favorites are probably the Animal Control, Farmer, and Astronaut for being boring designs. I think the elemental blade is supposed to be an energy blast, not a sword. And the mace looks like one solid piece.

To be honest, only the Satyr seems like a candidate, so he can play his flute. Double faces are very scarce in this theme, and the last series didn't have any!

Add the Knight to my list. Just realized I need at least one to give Hawkman a proper weapon. Honestly, I don't think the Laser Robot is necessarily a bad figure, it's just disappointing due to being a third color variation of the Battle Mech, which I don't think we need. Without the other two, I think people would like this one more. I'll reserve total judgement till I see the head print, though.

I'm proud of guessing the Classic Queen, but I got nothing else.

Well, even though this is the first series where I don't have an "obsession" figure that I can't wait for, my opinions have much improved with the renders posted above. While there are a few flops, like the horrible crutches and the boring Astronaut, the others seem worth it, and I can see myself collecting a few of these. It's nothing I want to complete, but it looks good. Favorite? I'd say it's between the Classic Queen and the Satyr. Both have charming designs and great new lower-body parts.

Where? The sides of her dress are blank to me...
