  1. This is awesome, really nice work. I love this kind of stuff. Now I just wish I could eat sushi again without getting ill as a result... Maybe your plastic sushi would be a way to solve that?
  2. Some nice figures - and no, that specter is not the Grim Reaper. According to the list and the number of pictures, we've seen 14 out of 16 full minifigures so far: -Mad Scientist -Fly Monster ? -Crazy Wicth -Gargoyle -Horror Rocker -Spider Lady -Grim Reaper ? -Specter -Skeleton -Bigfoot -Tiger Woman -Werewolf -Zombie Pirate -Zombie Cheerleader -Zombie Businessman -Plant Monster
  3. For a long time, I thought I was among the only ones who couldn't see Star Wars in it whatsoever. At least, that would be because I've never heard anyone else say it. "Any generic fantasy (or Sci-Fi) game" with a few Star Wars elements - the title and the lightsabers - integrated into it, is the way I've described it since day one. It cannot possibly be "the best Star wars trailer to date" if it doesn't even look like Star Wars in any way, save for the lightsabers.
  4. It's all for accuracy, and the colour they chose for it is perfect.
  5. I'm just hoping you're merely being sarcastic... I think so, but I'm not too sure.
  6. Anyone? Everything is still available, so offers are, of course, welcome. I also have a pair of small sets from the first Knights' Kingdom theme, one has Richard, the red armed soldier, with a crossbow stand, and the other is a little fire wagon with Cedric the Bull. PM me if interested in these, so I can provide more info, or if interested in any of the other sets above.
  7. In The LEGO Movie, Lord Business was apparently a serial killer, too. He on-screen with a coin and it is implied that he was the cause of the deaths of many master builders, according to Metalbeard's story in the film, so it's certainly not a thing unheard of in the "official LEGO universe".
  8. Probably. I think his avatar of a ruby gem speaks volumes.
  9. Well, that certainly is a nice amount of gang members, but who is this BB-1 you speak of? I've never heard of that droid before. Is it BB-8's little brother?
  10. Yep. It looks like the figure has an upper lip because of the "nose area" of the visor, when in reality, he really doesn't
  11. It may be about to retire, but it's a pretty old set by now and you might like a starship better. Watch Star Wars first, and see what you like best. If you end up preferring the Milennium Falcon, you might wanna save up a little for the new MF set coming out in September... It may be based on the new film, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, but still the only difference is the replacement for the radar dish.
  12. Also, did anyone notice that the visors are probably part of the helmets now, and are no longer represented by face prints anymore? I quite like that change, it allows you to swap any heads you'd like on generic pilots, instead of requiring a head with a printed visor on it to do so.
  13. Those are some very cool looking sets. But what speaks to me the most are the minifigures. They all look awesome, and look at the detail on some of 'em! And it's awesome to see that pair of gang members in there, it shows that the underworld of Star Wars, which is some of my favorite aspects of the Star Wars universe, is going to play a decent role in the film. But I really don't wanna know anything more than that about it, just yet... Also nice to see the new alien - that Ground Resistance Crew member. I wonder what species he is... looks like a reptile-type of species. I am looking forward to seeing the other sets and the figures that belong to them, especially the stormtroopers, Kylo Ren and hopefully another new alien, like a cantina patron or just a molded head alien - I would be fine with seeing an Ithorian head (or any other existing alien mold in a new color) in reddish brown too, though.
  14. Imagine if LEGO sets looked more like this MOC by Orion Pax... Fend off that MegaBlocks castle!
  15. I'm looking to sell these sets that I have acquired over the past year that are of no further use to me. They were originally going to eBay, but first I wanted to check if anybody here happened to have an interest in these sets before doing so. You can make an offer by sending me a PM - I was thinking of selling them a bit below recent sales for these sets in a similar condition (so MISB or opened, etc.), so you can check on the links to past and the links to current listings when thinking of a possible reasonable offer, so right now it's negotiable as I have no established prices yet. Here's a list of the sets I've got - pictures can be found far below. - 1256 Shell Promotional Gas Station (MISB, slight damage on the box in some places, small dent) eBay sold listings current listings - 1362 Studios Air Boat (MISB) eBay sold listings current listings - 1731 Ice Planet Speeder #1 (MISB, some damage on the front) eBay sold listings current listings - 1731 Ice Planet Speeder #2 (MISB) eBay sold listings current listings - 5911 Adventurers Johnny Thunder's Plane (MISB) eBay sold listings current listings - 5912 Adventurers Mike's Swamp Boat (MISB) eBay sold listings current listings - 5913 Adventurers Dr Lightning's Car (MISB) eBay sold listings current listings - 5914 Adventurers Sam Sinister and Baby T-Rex (MISB) eBay sold listings current listings - 6357 Classic Town Stunt Copter N' Truck (With box & instructions, pieces in good condition) eBay sold listings current listings - 6771 Alpha Team Ogel Command Striker (No box, instructions may be available, in good condition) eBay past listings current listings - 6898 Ice Planet Ice Sat-V (With box & instructions, box in poor condition, pieces in good condition, ~98% complete) eBay sold listings current listings - 6831 Classic Space Police Message Decoder (No box, instructions may be available, in good condition) eBay sold listings current listings More pictures can be provided upon request.
  16. I've had my 7662 MTT and my Sandcrawler built for 5 or 6 years now, I believe, as well as my Space Police Hyperspeed Pursuit, though only the Skull Twin vehicle, since 2009. Then there's also three Rock Raiders sets - Rapid Rider, Chrome Crusher and Loader Dozer - of which the latter two have been assembled for nearly 9 or 10 years now, I think. I also have my Alien Avenger set from the UFO theme sitting in a box, and it has stayed assembled for many years, and then there surely are some others too. But most of my sets undergo a different fate - at one point, I'll need certain parts for a MOC, so I end up checking BrickLink to see if I've got any sets with the needed parts in them, or look around to see if any of my sets have the parts that I require, so I take off a few pieces... and then some more... And so the picking-it-apart-until-there's-nothing-left process begins! I thought exactly the same thing.
  17. Hello, I'm currently having some budget problems and, as it's currently being unused, I'm trying to see if there's someone who's interested in them before I decide anything, as I'm still a bit hesitant but feel that I might be better off getting my money back for it since I'm not right now using it. If interested, either comment here or - preferably - send me a PM. There are many helmets, breastplates, weapons and some accessoires. Pics make it seem less. It's all medieval fantasy themed, useful for castle and LOTR figures. A few pictures below - better pictures can be taken if requested so (ignore the figures): Prices can go a little below original prices, but not too much because they're new and haven't been used. If you're not interested in all of it but only a specific amount, then I'm sure we can arrange that too, but no relatively small amounts please. Alternatively, while I prefer selling these, I might also trade them. I'm looking for Arealight helmets (Old Republic trooper, white with black visor & red markings).
  18. I think it looks nice overall, but the only problem I can point out right now is that the mountains seem to be situated too close to the line of figures in the back. To me, at least. If they (the mountains) had been pushed into the background a bit further, and if they had been blurred out quite a bit more, I think it would've been much better. I'm not sure if your camera can do that at this range, though, (blur out the background the way I mentioned) but pushing back the mountains a bit more might've done the trick, and otherwise you could always use editing tools such as GIMP to add extra blur to the mountains. But otherwise, a nice shot.
  19. Oh, drat! False judgement of mine... Might wanna trust my initial instinctive feelings a bit more sometimes... Well, this one's for someone else, then - I'll try again later.
