  1. What would you give for a Mandalorian (battlepack) figure? (I'm looking for Star Wars figures, but mostly not PT ones.)
  2. Doesn't that figure have grey eyebrows? Would be a little weird if Phasma were that old...
  3. Nobody said she's actually a human. For all we know, she could be a Chiss or never even revealed in the first place.
  4. Apologies, I don't keep track of this topic daily anymore and I only knew something about an embargo and people asking for PMs to see pics. I've edited my post and will henceforth try to read the first post of the topic in scenarios like this one, but reading the dozens of new pages that pop up every day would be... too much. Still, it won't happen again.
  5. Thanks, guys! I'm currently working on a new Western MOC, which I hope will be finished soon!
  6. I was talking about Tio Medon, who is a Pau'an like The Inquisitor.
  7. It's a shame The Inquisitor only had a standard bald head, so I hope they will give us something like this if they make Tio Medon like in the Yoda Chronicles. I can't upload the picture here for some reason, but there was a headpiece on top of his head to recreate a long Pau'an's head as accurately as possible.
  8. All are still available, currently, preparing to put them up on eBay if nobody takes them now.
  9. Swapping their hands once and keeping them that way for a long time to come is very unlikely to damage the figures. I've done it billions of times for all kinds of custom figures, and I don't remember ever encountering any problems with the figures because of that. You don't need to pull that hard, either, just make sure you pull them out while keeping the arms completely straight against the torso.
  10. Who else thinks the normal stormtroopers should've had black hands? Looks a little odd with those white hands - too much white! Good thing they can be swapped.
  11. Awesome. Some of my faves are Rey's speeder and, for some reason, the transporter. Though I do think the stormtroopers look a little odd with white hands, gonna have to replace those with black ones - other than that, they look great, as do the other minifigures. Just one more gripe with Kylo Ren's saber, though - the two little blades should actually come from the hilt and not be connected to the main blade, but oh well, still cool stuff there! Thanks for the pics.
  12. What if they were to release a regular Sauron set, along with a Witch-king pack + a mini Fell Beast, a Frodo pack (printed legs) and a pack with Faramir + Ithilien ranger or, much better yet, a Gondorian soldier? Any of those would be great (though the Frodo one would be just good). I could maybe see those things happening... I'm just having my fingers crossed that any of them will actually happen in the first place. Such great opportunities for Dimensions... opportunities that I hope will not be tossed aside.
  13. True, that really is a shame. And not only Gandalf, but Gimli and Legolas both could've used some improvements made possible by arm printing and more advanced leg printing, including side leg printing for Legolas and two different colours for his arms.
  14. The only thing I'm asking this theme to give me are new, evil or just nice looking helmets that would work for LOTR orcs, new heads for fantasy creatures (preferably orcish heads to make up for the fact LEGO LOTR gave us too many orcs that looked exactly the same) and also nice MOC pieces overall... because anything else seems like too much to ask from a theme like this. It does sound interesting, and could be a fun theme, but I'm just hoping for some new stuff that would be compatible with LOTR.
  15. Gimli's angry head seems to be new, as well. I think it resembles Gimli a little bit more. (Left = Dimensions, right = original) Gollum's face print seems to have some slight differences when compared to the AUJ version. As for Legolas, his cheekbones are indeed a little smaller and narrower, but it also seems like his eyebrows are shaped differently now, which I don't think was all that necessary, but it does look a bit more elegant, in an elvish way.
  16. Well, then I hope it will be a very special snowspeeder in a grey color with eight new Rebel pilots, fifteen Wampas and ten Tauntauns...
  17. Yeah, I hope we'll immediately get mini legs with printed feet along with that, too. I was going to make some LOTR customs to fill up the minifig gaps, but I might as well wait a while and hope for official ones to show up. And, do we actually know the difference between Dimensions versions of Gollum, Gimli and Legolas and the ones that came out in sets in 2012? I do believe there are some differences, namely some of the head prints. If they want to update any of the figures, this would be a good chance for them. People have complained about the Aragorn figure before, so maybe they could give us that figure in a more accurate (or different) outfit. We also keep seeing Sauron and I can't imagine them deciding not to release a figure of him. Might there be any other particular reason for them to keep showing close-ups of him? Also, a bit off-topic, so I apologize for that beforehand, but I feel I must try it here since I'm having trouble finding them anywhere else - do any of you happen to have any spare LOTR (or The Hobbit) figures you may be willing to trade? I'm mainly looking for Uruks, other generic soldiers/figs, Mouth of Sauron, Grima, Orthanc Saruman and Gandalf the White, but this search has gone on for nearly two years now so I was hoping I'd be able to find someone who has 'em here. PM me, if you have any.
  18. Nope, can't separate me from LEGO, even then. I would just be envisioning ways to make everything I see out of LEGO in my mind. Not that I don't already do that now...
  19. The snowspeeder could be a TFA one, and the A-Wing could be from 'Rebels'.
  20. The Flamethrower trooper certainly looks accurate and neat to me, but I agree, the figure could've used - or rather, needed - some black printing on the arms. There are black lines on many places of the figure, but none at all on the arms. Looks a little bit odd, but great figure nonetheless.
  21. I really hope so. Any of the hobbits, but preferably old Bilbo, would be great to have - because they'll be able to print the mini legs this time around, just like on the Rocket Racoon polybag and some of the Simpsons minifigures. It would certainly be a nice upgrade to all hobbits, and we only really need that in reddish brown, dark brown and dark tan, preferably the two browns or then dark brown, if we must choose. And, considering the fact that many of the Dimensions sets have new molds, it would be great to get Sauron, the Witch-king and maybe a Gondorian soldier. LOTR is in the game, the fans want more figures, might as well use the opportunity...
  22. That torso would work well in a Western setting, I agree - not so sure about it working for Tuco, though, because of the undershirt, like you said. Maybe there's another torso like it. Also, what do you think about the head and hair? Fitting, accurate enough, or do you think there might be better options?
  23. I wasn't getting upset, I was merely explaining what I meant. And yes, I think I did understand that, my point is just that you're not really always forced to stay in a chat for extended periods of time. Tuning into a chat every now and then, maybe to ask a quick question for a quick answer, or to have a short conversation about something LEGO-related, would also be very possible - in my mind, at least, but I'm pretty sure reality would support that thought. A chat on a large LEGO fan site would be best for people who just want to pop in every now and then with a high likelihood of there being at least somebody to talk to because of the chat's accessibility, being part of a large fan site and all, but I haven't seen anything like that recently.
