A corner radius of 90 degrees tends to take up a 48x48 radius, allowing for the standard 4 stud clearance at either side of the tracks (vital on corners for even City themed trains!). It's doable on 32x32, but a 48x48 base would make your life a lot easier!

Bit late to the party, but: 1. Would love RB or something similar back 2. Would pay. Perhaps up to £40 a year for 4 issues 3. N/a 4. Yup, could help with quite a few things, from community stuff, to design and web admin/design (that's my day job). Doesn't necessarily need paying if it's flexible 5. Yes, be happy to write. Edit: John1's comments on trying a one off article in another magazine might be a good testing ground.

Love it! Keep toying with a narrow gauge system myself. Some great details in your display - and the narrow gauge point is nicely done.

This looks great! Planning on similar style for roads in my city

Great build, and nice use for all of the minifigure base plates! Minifigs are well-matched too!

Definitely helps not to be on your own: takes some of the stress away from it. Love the idea of interactivity, but not sure where the line is for me, either. Considering having a button kids can press to activate something (like a light brick or lift), but not sure if I'll end up doing it. I do find most parents are great, but over a weekend I'd expect one or two troublemakers ;)

Nice! Have been toying with building an Inglenook myself out of LEGO. Thanks for sharing! -
Yep, I have it PFed similar to link dr_spock included above It's quite a top-heavy train so tends to come off on corners more than others, even at lower speeds
