  1. Very well done color combos all across the board.
  2. Good job on the wall, I like the use of depth and texture. The army looks nice as well.

  4. No just no. Don't start with that again.
  5. Wonderful stressed look and the rocks stellar as always!
  6. Thanks, I plan to use some in my challenge builds.
  7. That would be interesting, LD. I'm about 2/3 through the sorting that I started in September. The road goes ever on....
  8. The rules say that the builds are limited to the sizes given. You can build smaller than 16x16 or 32x32 if you wish.
  9. Tagging along with soccerkid6, I laid out a build which has a 4 stud overhang on a 32x32 baseplate today. I might want to enter this in the challenge and was wondering if the overhang qualifies as "reasonable."
  10. On that note, here is a link to my new topic which features new minifigs that I've made. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=87984
  11. Great job with the snow and the rocks around the pool really make it work.
  12. Nice job, I like the rocks and the foliage. The best part is the river coming out of the build, well done.
  13. Thanks for all the comments, guys! @Infernum, I ran out of dark brown and dark green was the next best even if it doesn't quite work. @Gideon, that is one of my favorite points too.
  14. I have been making some new figs and the product is the finished Council of Vanhorn along with two other figs. My sigfig in GoH, Eremir is an Elf who is one of the seven members of the Council of Vanhorn. Each councilman has a throne in Vanguard and a specific duty in the kingdom along with a weapon unique to them. Lord Laslan Rodun Lord Denegorn Zulton Lady Taunandril Nithor Lord Genthor Rubicon Lord Kane Iroan And Lord Beneil Tinor to make the Council. The next two are General Jeffery Alder who is the commander of the Woodland Guard and Reagan Lanthorn, a noble in Vanhorn and the sister of Eremir. The son of a farmer, Jeffery spent his childhood in the woods. He consulted his elven friends when putting together the Guard and they agreed to teach the knowledge of the forest to all of the recruits. All soldiers of the Woodland Guard were trained in the best tracking methods, arrow targeting, survival techniques, and how to be one with the forest. They roam the Great Crimson Forest in Vanhorn and keep the peace by enforcing the law. The headquarters for the Woodland Guard is a treetop hideaway known as Nest of the Leaves. Reagan Lanthorn The sister of Eremir, Reagan is a elf skilled in combat and evasive techniques. She is a noble in Vanhorn, a title only given to people with a blood relation to a councilman. I worked to make each fig dressed in Avalonia colors, with the exception of Reagan Lanthorn. She is a noble in Vanhorn, but is not directly tied to Avalonia. Thanks for viewing this!
  15. I edited my previous post to show pictures.
  16. Ugh. Sorry for that, I deleted the photos from my flickr without realizing it would interfere with the display on this topic. I'll have to get back home to where I have the pictures and repost them and that will be several hours. They should be up by mid afternoon EST. Again sorry for the problem.
  17. Nice job with the rock work. The story is great too.
  18. Here are three of my techniques with and without leaves. Hope this helps!
  19. I'll be joining in. I already have ideas for categories A and B.
  20. The ground does look good and trees were my biggest enemy for a while. I just wasn't quite happy with what I was making until I looked around flickr for some inspiration. If you want, I could wrestle up some photos of the techniques I've used to show you.
  21. I like the staging especially in the water, Balthazar. Nice job.
  22. Nice use of detail, everything fits together quite well.
  23. If possible, I would like to be signed up for Black Spire so I can use Nocturnian figs as enemies. The amount of responses is looking great!
  24. Sounds interesting. Sign me up, I'll be looking forward to my side assignment.
  25. Nice to see another face, Dagashy! You can claim a plot of land a get started! The current map of Avalonian land claims needs to be updated, so look back through the last 15 pages to find what other users have already claimed. The very first post in this thread includes the current map.
