Hello, this is the same model, with same features as But its a little bit older, from another private Freight Rail Company (Takargo Rail) and (in my opinion) with a way better color scheme than Medway. Obviously it is not the only a color change, I have to rebuild a lot, trying to match to the real live locomotive. What do you prefer, this red/dark red from Takargo, or the black/yellow from Medway?

I always love this model, the front looks like if goes into a clean wall it will be stuck like a suction cup :P Nice job!

[MOC] Stadler/Vossloh Euro 4000 - Medway Matilde
Sérgio replied to Sérgio's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Thank You, Almost all the side of the model is a SNOT 6x12 plate + 6x14plate with Tiles and Wedges, Not Bricks, this was my solution to have room to a Technic structure and PF elements, so I don't have room to make a "brickwall" The chrome was by accident, but I will keep it that way :) Thank You :) Thank You, I notice that to, for some reason (IDK why), sometimes the Stud.io have some odd perspective, the far parts are larger than it was supposed to be. I try to correct with some photo editing, but I'm noob at photo editing :P Yes Part Designer its a great feature, I'm still learning how to use it :) -
The Stadler Euro (known as the Vossloh Euro until 2015) is a class of diesel-electric locomotives built by Stadler Rail for the European market. It is available in two basic variants, the four-axle Euro 3000, and the six-axle Euro 4000. These locomotives are powered by EMD710 Engines This particular model is my interpertation/atempt of E5033 Series, since "Cp Carga" change to "Medway" this was the first Locomotive who reveal the new color scheme, Medway baptize the locomotives with girls names, this one is "Matilde" Is powered by 2 L Motors, i try to make the top fans spin, connect some how to the gears, but after several hours I quit that idea. This was make on LDD, improved on Stud.io, the decals made with PartDesign. 7wide, 1256 parts, 48studs long.

Hello, I build lego Trains (Virtual and real bricks) since 2008, and recently i though to myself, what a hell i don't have a odd maintenance machine. I'm honest, i don't know what are the name or some of these and what they are for, I just saw some images on google and try to make the most detail as possible.

Thomas the Tank Engine - MOCs of locomotives and rolling stock
Sérgio replied to Murdoch17's topic in LEGO Train Tech
I love the color Scheme, not joking, it fits well the little model! -
Sorry my misunderstood, they are big to be more loud
-
Thank You, The main reason is they only are fixed by one line of studs on horizontal, and don't have room to put more studs, if I put one grill horizontal, I don't have nothing(studs) to clutch the second grill. So, it was a compromise, to assume vertical instead horizontal grills.
-
Thank you :) Actually, I made this loco in real bricks 5 or 6 years ago and use stickers instead white sausages (they are not horns ) This time I try to improve without using any stickers/decals :)

Hello, Another Virtual building (sorry I don't have more room or parts to build in real life). This is a Semi-Turistic train who travels one of the most beautiful landscapes in Portugal, Douro's River. - English Eletric CP1400 Series Locomotive (with Blue color scheme instead Orange) - Schindlers Carriges 7wide, 9V , but can have Powerfunctions if the Battery Box and IR Reciever goes on the first car
