  1. Indeed. Though I think her bike mould was actually introduced in the ‘outdoors’ people pack ...
  2. Another good measure of what works in DC collectable series for general audiences are the series of Imaginext DC figures in blind bags. Each series (usually 6 in each series) has obscure figures but always features at least two or three ‘big hitter’ character variants ( batman, joker, superman, WW repeatedly). That said, it has produced some we have yet to see in Lego such as Dr Fate, Black Adam, Black Lightning, Vixen who I wouldn’t be surprised to see in a CMF series. I think some of the characters who are in current / recent tv adaptations, such as Young Justice and Arrowverse are quite likely too.
  3. I’m gonna reserve judgement until I have the things in hand, as my mind often changes when I see them in real life. I’m a big fan of the animal moulds, and there are a lot of great parts in this series - facial expressions, printed trousers, hairpieces that i’m quite excited about. At present my top figures from this set are puppy pooper scooper, Floridian flamingo woman, Rainbow Panda, and the Mummy
  4. Agree it’s a solid series, and some great figures, parts and accessories. No idea why there’s all the complaining on here. My least exciting two figures are the two you think are best - which just goes to show that this appeals to everyone in different ways!
  5. The firefighter, Fox suit, and puppy pooper scooper are all female but have no visible curves. At this stage the Bounty Hunter is still a ‘him or her’.
  6. Lol, have you read some of these forums? Yes, and hopes and dreams come in many colours, some with rainbows, sparkles and differences. Politics *is* a factor of daily life for many people ... those with the privilege not to have to worry about that might not need to care. But some of us do.
  7. Wow. So much of this NOT OKAY... maybe know when to put the keyboard down.
  8. I’m still always shocked when ‘feminism’ gets used as some sort of eye-roll or ‘quotation marks’ word in a negative way in this forum. It’s almost like 51% of the world’s population don’t matter and should just be grateful.
  9. So series 19 is giving us all the things: chameleon, flamingo, dachshund, recoloured bulldog, scorpion, chicken and a rubber duck!
  10. But if the dachshund and chameleon do come in any of the other slots then that might mean three new animal moulds, two recolours, and a rubber duck in one CMF series. ?
  11. Yeah and the cat had a fish, the panda had a panda, the spider had a spider ... i applaud the fox \ chicken combo.
  12. This is awesome - great work. Love that you even have a little siphon on the side
  13. I mean, surely it’s time that the City police had a ‘safari police’ or ‘zoo police’ theme ...
  14. Indeed. It exceeded my expectations, and so have Lego with two ways of getting a Shazam figure at long last!
  15. I’m up for ‘People at the zoo’, and maybe a set of winter/winter sports figures
  16. But... but ... but ... what else are grown men* supposed to do on the internet?! *deliberate gender specification based on observation and experience on such threads.
  17. How gracious that ‘girl-oriented’ stuff has a right to a cameo. Good that it knows it’s place. ?
