I'd reshoot those first two images. That's the difference between 5th and 35th sometimes!

I'd go with a 1x6x3 (or three 1x2x3 if need be) and then in the one stud space to both sides of the windshield you can snot in some 1x1 and 1x2 plates of whichever trans you use.

In robot form they looked kind of cool but then when they're in "car" mode I just them to be "fails".

I was actually going for a Defiant like ship. I had trouble getting the right shape so I didn't label it as the Defiant. That also goes for the rest of the ships. They're all very similar to known ships and hopefully the mind fills in what's lacking in the bricks. I even went so far as making the middle right one, look slightly like Serenity and I used the torso of General Grevious as the haul. So a nice little Easter egg/shout out to some of my other favorite Sci-Fi favs.

I found for many years it wasn't about winning as much as it was getting better through defeat. Good luck and I'll see you on the battle field! Kind of looks more it's kicked a wing out to one side to take a... bathroom break.
