  1. Thanks everyone for you're comments. I've started to recycle the pieces for a few contests that are going on right now. I'm 2 hrs into ripping it apart. Looks like I'm about half way so 4 hrs just to take it apart.
  2. Thanks. I'll give you some back story. I was talking about pushing the limits of MOC size, when I decided I better show everyone what I mean. I had built MOC's about 100 studs long before. I had been saying you can build really big just use one "ish" color on the out side and fill the inside with whatever. In this case I didn't even really touch my "blues" and was able to build a MOC twice as long as anything I had ever built before.
  3. Looks like a pyramid. Need to round it off. Circular is hard so good luck.
  4. I don't like the legs. They are too skinny.
  5. Oh it isn't the best ship I've built but it does win first place for the biggest. At around 40lbs and 5 feet 6 inches this minifig scale Action IV Cargo Transport takes the cake for the Rook collection of MOC's. Hours to build = unknown. Ship modifications include: extended rear hanger bay for extra cargo, 2 side twin laser cannons, 2 side twin sonic missile launchers, 2 twin rear guard laser cannons, 2 forward devastating ion cannons with enough juice to put an ISD in to an eternal nap, kitchenette, dinning area, bathroom, shower room, several sleeping areas, rear data center, front cargo bay, maintenance bay for speeders and smaller vehicles, a luxury command control center, a current crew of 15 plus 4 droids, 2 speeder bikes, 2 speeders, 1 raft, 1 motor cycle, 1 cargo sled. Also includes special guest appearance by Luke Skywalker and Dack Ralter. Yes I know this doesn't fit into any story line, but they are there never the less. 55 Picture Gallery

    YT-2000x

Thanks. I struggled with a lot of things on this ship. Piece color was one of them. I didn't have enough of the colors I wanted so I went with what I had. My original story for this MOC was that it was a Yavin System based smuggling ship captured and used as a recon ship by the Republic. Time line wise I don't think that story works since the YT-2000 was build after the Falcon (YT-1300) however my main focus is currently building SW Universe models that didn't make the cut as official Lego sets. The fun thing is that sometimes Lego comes along later and makes an official set out of them any ways. I'm sure some of you have found this in you own building. I've built a V-19, TX130, AT-TP, & a Jedi Star fight w/ hyperdrive ring. All of which are now official sets. Sometimes mine are better and sometimes Lego's are better. Currently I'm finishing an Action IV transport in minifig scale. 5’6” in length!
  7. Thanks, I ripped apart a few extra Tri-Fighters and looked at those glass domes and said, "I'm building a dragonfly!"

    YT-2000x

Oh good I was worried I was posting in the wrong area again. I hate being new. Oh got you. Hold on, I'll edit the post to include that too. Here it is: YT-2000. The YT-1300 was the Millennium Falcon.

My custom of a YT-2000. I finished his guy in March, I think. I took about 80 pictures of this thing, here's a few.
  11. Here's a Dragonfly Fighter I made a few weeks ago for a CABG contest. The contest was to build an animal looking vehicle and had to have a minifig pilot/driver.
  12. Sweet! I hope take 4th place! I didn't get the "co-ed" thing at first but then I figured it out. You may have questions about that.
  13. My bad! I thought since Caver Racers came for Pod Racers that they would be under Star Wars. Thanks for moving it.
  14. There's a Animal Cave Racers Contest floating around out there. This is my entry: Title: Louisiana Gator Caver Racer Requirements include: using an animal pilot (can't be attached by feet unless single stud or octapus and then there's other requirements), using 2 neon orange trans 1x1 rounds, 2 1x1 slopes, a shovel, and spear. Hello

Wow! Thank You. I'll try to live up to your expectations then.
  16. Hi everyone. I'm an Admin on a little site called the Clone Army Builders Guild. We have about 100 members and you're welcome to join us. As part of being a great Admin I'm stretching my fingers around the globe to stay current on all Lego issues and news. Therefore I have joined (you) our fellow builders here in Europe, to try to stay update on Global Lego Events. Several of our members live and Europe already and some of my family lived in Switzerland, France, Spain, & the UK during the late 80's and early 90's without me! I'm still looking for a good South American site. I don't speak any "Asian" Languages so I won't be joining them anytime soon.
