  1. Thanks (this feels like an old topic, so much is happening in GOH)! The Flying Carpet Corps is accepting volunteers. They have their headquarter at Sultan's gate. The only thing is you must not be scared of rugs.
  2. ROFWE = rolling on the floor with envy - this is so fantastic. It is one of the "I wish I had build this" castles!
  3. Thanks Yepp, the boots! It is practically an ostrich in disguise Now that we are waiting for the Kaliphlin results to come in .... Not sure that I got that joke/reference? You mean mccoyed or that Braunsfeld guy?
  4. Looks lovely! The colours come out well and the building style is great!
  5. Thanks - now I need to post how it looks like after the renovation.
  6. The photo has disappeared... broken link? I can see it on flickr and it is fine.
  7. That would be a fearsome crew of dead and living pirates to fight. But the redcoats seem well prepared - it seems that they have joined forces with the bluecoats.
  8. Thanks! Not this time. They are all very very busy. Thank you! But is a change from "gloomy" to "more friendly" acceptable for a vampire? Thanks
  9. Would have been a fine addition to the contest - and still is a great figbarf. I like the Mitgardian Warrior and the Avalonians the most!
  10. [MOC] Renovating the City Watch HQ - Freebuild / Captain Braunsfeld / Mitgardia
  11. The building in which Samuel Marron and his men had moved (New Home for the City Watch) was fine but a bit gloomy in parts. So it was decided to renovate the City Watch Headquarters. A well-known well-paid architect was called in to oversee the work: Many things needed to be changed... .. but most importantly, Major Marron had to decide how to replace the existing gargoyles. Local craftsmen had prepared several promising suggestions: They were of such high quality that it was very difficult to choose. As you can see in the subsequent MOC (which was posted earlier) Marron made a good decision (The Algus Saga: The Beacon of Bruns Fall) C&C welcome.
  12. So cute, so awesome. I haven't seen something so funny in a while - great build!
  13. Fine scene, very well done! (Won't work with minifigs, I suppose)
  14. Last pic is my favourite! Perfect MOC!
  15. Very well done, I mean, very very well done. I looked at the larger pics on flickr to see more details. The only thing: Why didn't you post this in the Town forum?
  16. Fine first attempt - keep it that way!
  17. The mill is a great addition to an already fantastic assembly of MOCs!
  18. Wow, lots of classic stuff - yes, I like it!
  19. Excellent - so this is what you can make out of that ultra agents set... great idea!
  20. Excellent moonbase - very inspiring!
  21. Absolutely brilliant - reminds me of the old movie (50s, wasn't it). The MOC has the same charme.
  22. Thanks for this information. Unfortunately, patience is not one of my key strengths...
  23. Thanks. I actually thought of rearranging this and of retaking of the pictures. You can't see the troubled look of the guy at the fire - and the second tent (on the left) is actually superfluous... But anyway, a lot of people have liked it, so I'm fine - or am I?
  24. Ok - but where is the picture?
  25. Brilliant, just brilliant. The only thing.. I will move this post into the MOC section.
