  1. So do I. Is there a reason you left Dagstyrr off your list. He hasn't said anything yet.
  2. Even ninjas like throwing the odd snowball! Winter Fun! by kjw010, on Flickr
  3. Don't call me "babe" and stop winking at me. You're creeping me out.
  4. *passes her share to the next person*
  5. Awesome prizes! And such great odds. Thanks CopMike
  6. At least that explains the pitchfork and bucket I think we have our first scum. Anyone who feels compelled to declare their Valhallan-ism (?) in this manner surely must be a Servant of Loki? And where should the womanly women stand?
  7. This is great! I like how you did Santa's chair.
  8. This is awesome! My favourite details are the massive sign on the outside of the building and the grand lobby with its patterned floor and walls. The white-gloved attendants are a nice touch too.
  9. This is cute! I particularly like how you've done the bread baskets.
  10. If we're all already dead, how do we kill off the Servants of Loki? Or have we already won because they're already dead? Never mind, I think I see something shiny ....
  11. Thanks, Peppermint, for the tag! Much appreciated.
  12. This is so gorgeous! Good luck in the contest.
  13. Great entry. I just hope that the water is heated!
  14. This looks great, particularly the way you've built the tree. Great idea for the contest. Good luck!
  15. These are fantastic Yooha! My favourite is the mulled wine stall. It would be great to see one of these as an entry to the Winter Village contest!
  16. The details in this building site are just fantastic. Love it!!
  17. This is great. Love the airbed!!
  18. Thanks gazumpty, and apologies for not responding sooner. I think you're right about the detailing around the windows being a bit heavy for the 16-wide building. Using jumper plates to offset the window so most of it sits only 1/2 a brick out from the wall would make them shallower. Thanks lomis. Reducing the width of the side trims would also make them less heavy. The Parisien restaurant technique requires a 4-stud wide window and 8 studs with to play with overall. There isn't as much room to play with in this case because of the round support bricks on the edges. There may be a way to amend the technique, but I'm not planning on redoing this one anytime soon. Too many other ideas to turn into brick built structures first!
  19. This is great looking building with some very clear parts usage. I love the way you have done the mouldings on the wall, especially the upside down legs and the skis around the oval shield. The interiors are nicely done too.
  20. Congratulations to all the winners!
  21. Thanks Steve. The roof is attached with hinge bricks, as shown below. PDF instructions for the ornament are available here.
  22. This is fantastic, Eurotrash! Love all the details, but especially the billboard. Well done!
