    One of my favourite sets of all time, still have mine on a shelf, was in the loft for years, got it out Beatrice's in and all worked. Wish the turning of thee Crain was a little smoother though.

    From memory the pen is a fiber tip type. This is to help it move over the paper well, so if yours ends up missing or broken you can just pick one up from any good stationer

    Nice work, I played with bluetoothbfor this a while a go but think the way you used off the shelf components and pulled it all together is way cooler.

    People have done this and it works. You need a cable to go from the old 9v tones pf. The battery will not last long
