  1. Good work! If it already exists, I shall merge the topics.
  2. French Polynesia!
  3. "Black Sails" by Mpyromaxos Free Vane and burn Nassau to the ground!!! This is my creation for Brickstory 2017 contest, for the "Age of Piracy" category. This is my biggest creation so far.. and it came with a theme that I love.. Pirates!! This inspiration came from one of my favorites series.. Black sails!!! :D And because i didn't like the end of Vane.. I decide to change it a little bit!! Album on Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/mpyromaxos/albums/72157678330856142 And the story starts.. Year: 1715 Place: Nassau Mission: Free Vane and burn Nassau to the ground! Vane is shuttled to the town square of Nassau where he will be executed. Bones and those loyal to him join the crowd, intent on a desperate rescue attempt. However, Vane makes eye contact with Billy and gives him a silent order to stand down.. But Captain Flint has a different opinion than the movie series.. Free Vane and kill them all!!! Nassau it's ours again!!! I hoped you like my creation! C&C are welcome!! :D Album on Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/mpyromaxos/albums/72157678330856142
  4. Did you end up finishing it? An eager fan has made a request for instructions:
  5. This fantastic LEGO Ideas project could do with some more love! SUPPORT NOW Feel free to post on the frontpage @Ayrlego and @Professor Thaum.
  6. @Professor Thaum if you're looking for a ship to post on the frontpage, try this one...
  7. Imperial Armada
  8. This project is a fantastic update to old classics! Frontpage material, don't you agree, @Ayrlego?
  9. "Big Orra" by SuperSick Lindsay burst onto the LEGO Pirates scene with this upgraded Black Seas Barracuda. He says: "Her sails are full, her hull is sleek and she lives up to her Barracuda name. She carries 16 main cannons on her gun deck, another 6 lighter shot on her weather and quarter decks and 2 bow chasers for a total of 24 guns." Builder's Instagram www.instagram.com/supersick_
  10. A splendid vignette! We should consider this for the frontpage @Ayrlego and @Professor Thaum.
  11. Oh boy oh boy! It's already got me undone more times than me bootstraps!
  12. Ah yes... about that. I have survived in these waters quite well for the past 15 years so I'm overly confident I'll survive the The Black Shadow. I just need to fly the parrot into the fog machine so the thick fog won't blow in.. and then yer retreat won't be so mysterious.
  13. Holy Toledo! Yer packin' some nice guns there, lad. The parrot will be pooped with projectiles! Better send in the Due Diligence Dolphin instead...
  14. Dispatching the drone now... Ooops... did I say "drone" - I mean surveillance parrot.
  15. The Imperial Aramda will have our revenge!
  16. I posted images of these in the First Look CMF Series 21 topic but completely overlooked the dolphin!
  17. "Bluecoats small fort and... hidden pirate" by Kalais Bricks Some time ago there was a day when I wanted just to build something. Pure spontaneous freestyle building. I had not much available bricks because there were already 2 dioramas waiting for photo session and some WIP models waiting for final touches. I looked into available parts and decided to start building in Pirates theme. It took me 1 day to build this small fort in 90's Pirates feel. Hah, and this yellow color... It is kinda ugly... But somehow when you combine it with the white and bluecoat soldiers it always looks very good :) Source: https://www.bricks.kalais.net/post41
  18. I cannot recall exactly where... but it would be in topics posted 12+ years ago.
  19. Who originally posted the image?
  20. Where is your pirate version of Steamboat Willy?
  21. So how will they differ from what Ninjago offers? LEGO Pirate ships has previously been inspired by vessels of the European nations (that would have been seen in the Caribbean)... yet there are plenty of classes of European ships which haven't yet been represented. E.g a barque, galleon, fluyt, etc.
  22. For those of us who aren't familiar... what is the LEGO World Builder platform?
  23. Yes, apparently it's because of quality over quantity. You'll notice the accessories of some of the minifigures are very generous; for example the Dolphin Trainer includes a dolphin and paddle board, while the Centaur includes a horse body and three smaller accessories. So that's significantly more than in previous series. Also, here is a video overview:
  24. This is a nice pub! @Professor Thaum, how about this for the Eurobricks frontpage?
