You should be able to access all the emoticons publicly available in the in the BoBS sub-forum. Here is a screenshot of what I see: If they would get used then I'm open to making them.

Thank you for your suggestions... however, there is no point making emojis for the sake of making them, they need to have a practical purpose and actually get used. So the type of suggestions I'm looking is is; which emotions are not represented by the current emojis available?

Indeed, but these sailors did not wear the Imperial uniform. Hats are not very practical for emojis as the emoji should be around the same height as the text. That shako is going to add significant height to the emoji.
