  1. Than that could be considered as some kind of testing platform?
  2. I_t looks like someone has 42040 Fire Plane Let see what you will come up with. So far @MegaRoi made wackiest vehicle that I saw on this content, but we have some time to see other creations development. Looking forward to see your creation
  3. I'm completely different, best compromise was IMHO Unimog U400 (set 8110) - to have power functions for attachments, but everyone has a freedom of choice (at least should have)
  4. Cab could be tricky, but it is doable. You made a good choice to make it remote controlled. Manual control would be too difficult due to size of your MOC.
  5. It looks like you made Actros SLT
  6. I agree with @Jurss, but have one question (actually more for @Milan and @Jim) - isn't this MOC more suitable for scale modeling forum than Technic?
  7. You're welcome more images you can find here https://bricksafe.com/pages/igor.ipsa/trucks/mercedes-benz/unimog-u423
  8. I have made this axle for my Unimog U423 project, but I assume it is not sturdy enough... more you can see here (if this could help you)
  9. Does it need to have hub reduction? If you need hub reduction for trial truck that is not for display, you can only copy Lego Unimog 8110 axle...because it is sturdy enough
  10. I know that. I as planing to use them on my telehaldler "project" but to pay shipment from U.S.A. more than tires; I'll wait when they will be available i some smaller set...perhaps in Technic, who knows...
  11. Robert, as I already said in this post It really reminds me on wacky planes like Stipa Caproni. On the first sight that kind of plane looks like insect Bumbar Bumbar. It is one of the wackiest planes that I ever saw, and so far your project is the wackiest that I saw here on EB so far
  12. @Jurss it looks simple and efficient. Good job in such small scale
  13. That is also a good choice. Perhaps London bus tires would be cool for front and 43.2 x 22 for rear (as an alternative to have tires with more street-like pattern ) Positive on smaller mocs is that they are lighter and more playable
  14. Would you use 49.5 on the rear?
  15. That could end up as good phylosophy I personaly decide to make all my models (except cars) in same scale because (from now on) I'll keep them assembled, but every builder has a freedom of choice
  16. As @AFOLegofan66 said very interesting photos
  17. Yes indeed silver champion wheels are expensive. Tires (from silver champion) are some 44 mm wide, so they are wider. Question is if they are not wide enough or are to wide... To make proper model, scale is usual 1:8 when we write about cars...but you will know certanly what is the best
  18. Hm Stipa Caproni on wheels and with very small wings (and with kung-fu panda) should be really wacky
  19. Why do I think this one has to small tires? It reminds me on some concept off road vehicles from 1980s with bigger wheels
  20. Well this is a wacky function
  21. Well you have best overview of your situation. My suggestion should save you eventual expanses if it turns out that 42039 wheel/tire combo is not perfect...
