  1. @Johnny1360 thanks for support When you look at real prototype and compare bucket from side view and tire diameter model should have smaller tractor tires
  2. But it has lots on non-LEGO parts, or am I wrong? Even passenger is excited
  3. I see no problem about longer post; what I meant is that harvrster could use CLAAS tires at front and 95s on rear. If you look at Lexion by CLAAS you can see in brochures that on ftont they use some 800/65r32 and on rear 620/75r26 (just one example for tire options). First one has some 1855mm diameter and second (rear) has some 1600mm in diameter... I know that one my good friend worked for CLAAS in harvester development for years until April this year...he worked also on terratrac system; but it is another story... about scales - IMHO it is nice to have your moc collection in same scale - like a little world of your own...so I prefer to make mocs in 1:17.5 or 1:18 scale; but this is my choice so noone has to agree. Sorry for too much offtopic. Zeux by LEGO is very nice indeed and I do not care if it is not perfect in every detail That would be great - interactions and integration of both LEGO themes
  4. At Volvo, they say that theoretical it can be made tomorrow because it is based on available technology. smaller tires have sense if you want to make classic tractors or harvester - they have about 10% smaller tires at rear...and 107 tires on a bit heavier mocs do not turn so easily
  5. Nice find. When looking at the real thing I see that new 95 tractor tires would be more realistic... here is more info about real Zeux https://www.volvoce.com/global/en/this-is-volvo-ce/what-we-believe-in/innovation/zeux/ ...
  6. I have simple phylosophy - on yellow mocs I use yellow and black axles, on orange I use gray and black and on CLAAS I use gray and red axles; trying to have smaller axle collor deviations...
  7. So some 300 - 500 euro per moc...?
  8. Yes, but there are harvesters with 6 tires and for this scale 81mm tires would fit
  9. If they would like to sell this set even better they should develope new (smaller) tractor tire to make it more realistic
  10. Honestly I do not know what to complain about, it look really nice. Pitty that my mocs are 1:15 or 1:18 scale so I can not borrow your design just can be used as inspiration
  11. It looks nice, but topic should be small-scale five axle...
  12. It looks good, but to see if hood is correct height, you need to build cab or to supply blueprint in particular scale that you choose for your moc
  13. Just one question - does anyone have partslist?
  14. ...and tires seems to be a bit to small, but I could be wrong. Overall very nice moc. Now with decent LEGO forklift I suppose that there will be more forklift mocs
  15. First of all sorry for late response, but I need some time for researching... Looking on truck on sale I have noticed that two tires are dominiting on Anthems... 295/75 R22.5 for front and rear doubles And 295/75 R22.5 on front and 445/50R22.5 on rear for super single tires... Because both tires are some 1015mm in diameter, so my conclusion is that if anyone wants to make Anthem based on 62.4 tires it will be in 1:16 scale
  16. I understand...so John Deere has green and a little bit of black and yellow rims as accent
  17. So everyone can fall a sleep without worring that someone will took away his or her set It is really nice to have yellow again - most of machinery (here in Croatia) is yellow, so lots of sources and inspiration for mocing; now only to stop time passing... I have the same opinion... Or as contra weight for better weight distribution when machine is loaded or unloaded?
  18. Perhaps you should replace white parts with yellow, black or dark bluish gray...you decide
  19. My friendly advice is to put it where whole model will have better weight distribution...I know from my moc how pain in the #*!?! it is...
  20. That is excelent idea, perhaps you should open new topics - 42080 set modificationsand improovements
  21. We have to be realistic and accept that if we want great B - model (like 42078 set) we have to accept that there will be lot of left over parts. IMHO 42078 B - model is more intetesting than A - model and 42081 B - model is quite nice and interesting. About using Technic bricks in other themes; old classic space used them as well as bricks with pins to connect segments of space ship or other vehicle...
  22. Actually B-model looks nice and in comparisson to other B - models of 2H is great
  23. I have lots of this set images (except B-model) but I was thinking to see real model in my hands...probably I haven't express myself correctly
  24. I have it from 42030 set, but I'm curious to see this set
