  1. so you gain both playability and better weight distribution. Well done LEGO Well done jrx
  2. Well, this explains everything...pneumatics evolution is desirable Question for you, since you saw 42080 from very close - is it possible to motorize it (installing kompressor and battery box like on 42053 or something similar)? thanks
  3. that is most likely and has sense...
  4. It seems like you noticed more than we think (like 42082) when you visited toy fair
  5. it is first Technic forklift with (fake) engine nice work, it is simple but effective solution
  6. You are right, I have 2 copies of that set at home bud could not remember where I saw it
  7. and they are suitable for any ground (sorry for a bit offtopic)
  8. yes it looks limited, or there is other limitation than usage of axle 2 like on Arocs
  9. You could be right, that is why I wrote "Problem is only that I do not clearly see where is valve switch" meaning switch handle (which is actually axle 2...)
  10. and beams, btw 42055 had only this panel which pretty dominates
  11. ...and nice detail - fake engine and there should be front differential
  12. I hope I'm wrong, but soon we will know better. Idea with both pneumatic switch lever (axle)and axle hole is better way because by rotating axle that goes through axle hole you can have continuous opening / closing valve, principle which is used on Hydrostatic CVT...
  13. I was not sure about size, so thanks Speculation Master
  14. yes and it looks like here is a gear rack to be seen inside https://i1.wp.com/www.fbtb.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/IMG_5710.jpg?zoom=1.25&ssl=1 (I have posted a link because it looks like image is to big...)
  15. here https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/153585-technic-2018-set-discussion/&do=findComment&comment=2966395 @dimaks13 thanks for title correction
  16. yes only pin holes are about 2 studs lower and it looks like hoses are attached at the side and not at the top or bottom, but it could be at the top. Problem is only that I do not clearly see where is valve switch
  17. And my mobile phone has problem with display - it stil shows 42071...defenetly display bug...btw very interesting model.
  18. @Doug72 sometimes old axles are sliding through wheels or gears, so perhaps this should not always be handicap
  19. I hope to start topic for fastrac development in summer, but I'll see. I will present it you have no worries, but currently I have to much ideas for functionality to squeeze inside...front and read pto, front and rear 3 point hitch... and then 4220 Fastrac has optional 5 steering model...
  20. that means that you have to use older axles
  21. @Paknaloid sorry for late answer, I was thinking on this attachment (spreader) since I'm currently doing another Unimog chassis, Fastrac is on stangstill, but I plan to do such attachment, I hope that you understand what I mean, and it does not have to be cistern-like attachment
  22. thanks indeed, I have noticed difference between white, and black on one side and on dark bluish gray on other side when trying to make axles for my fastrac using 4 black axles
